Good value, nice and clean place, spacious room for Japanese standards, and a very good location. I got a room with a bath, which was very welcome after walking around town and eating at a Yatai stand.

Staff struggled to understand we wanted to book another night and seemed unsure of what rooms were available, however, it was all dealt with very politely.

Breakfast was just okay, but it was convenient and definitely okay. I’d still choose the breakfast option if staying there again.

The location was fantastic for my tastes. Lots of small restaurants, shops and bars around. I was able to walk many other places easily. I was there on the weekend and it did get a little loud outside at night, but that wasn’t a problem for me. It could be for some. Room was well appointed and comfortable. Really cute.

The location was in a very nice area with lots of unique resturants, bars, and clothing shops. Room was nicely furnished and clean with a large bathroom. Booked last minute but it exceeded my expectations.

The hotel room was a little small as it was our last hotel before flying back, we were hoping to stay in a bigger hotel so packing will be much easier.

The temperature in the room without having turned on the AC permnanetly was too hot. It felt kind of sticky without AC. Breakfast was okay, but not more.

Great location, as well as a modern and clean room. Spacious bathroom. Comfortable bed. I liked the vibe in the hotel.

Breakfasts were a choice of various made-on-premise croissant sandwiches, salads and coffee. Downside: one is charged for the second round of coffee. Also, if one is watching calories .. then a croisssant is not the way to start the day There is a clothes-washing machine area, and an ice maker with buckets. One is also close to a bus stop that takes one to the Hakata station. Try to visit the Dazaifu shrine and the adjacent Kyushu National Museum. Also, the taxi fare to the airport is quite reasonable, beats schlepping your gear on public transportation,

Great hotel. In a quiet part of Fukuoka, far from busy street car traffic but lots of folks walking on the street. Fantastic restaurants right out the door. Rooms were of adequate size, nice bathrooms with showers and a bath. Everything is very "hip", so mostly a younger crowd. Mostly Japanese and other Asians staying there but a number of caucasian tourists from various parts. Very nice staff, especially one young lad name Tetsujippo who went out of his way to help us with visiting key shrines.

The rooms were very small for the amount we paid. The staff seemed harassed and busy (we do speak Japanese so this wasn't a language issue). We also had to pay a lot for a 1 hour early check in, even though our room seemed like it was ready and available.

Very trendy hotel and excellent location. It had a good vibe. The room was well decorated and we enjoyed all the books that were available. There were really good facilities with thoughtful touches like a laundry basket next to the washing machine and a free ice machine. Fukuoka is a great city with lots going on.
