Some of the rooms are on the second floor and the stairs were steep. Just had to be cautious.

very good location with a snow shuttle stop very close. cafes, shops and town all within walking distance. Extra room supplies available in the laundry room. Rooms a little small but still quite serviceable. Heating and kitchen supplies were good. Room and bathroom very clean and nice. Host would take any guests to the supermarket once per day if needed. Very pretty location with the snow on the trees outside. Loved it and I would stay here again.

There was only one shower room so we had to take turns. The 3rd floor was spacious but might be challenging for anyone above 180cm. Staircase was narrow to climb but otherwise nothing to complain about

The property was huge and we had plenty of space in the bedrooms as well as in the living room. The toilets were working and clean, bathroom was spacious, clean and came with a bathtub. Location was great and near restaurants and gear rental. The sofa was super comfy and the place could easily accommodate more people. The group agreed that it exceeded our expectations and we would gladly stay here again when visiting Hakuba

Very nice chalet. We had 8 people. Clean, tidy. TV not great in terms of connection to streaming services, but we didn't use it much anyway. Washer/dryer didn't work which was a pain but hopefully that was an isolated issue. Good location

Hair dryer didn't seem to function well, would always sound like it had something caught in the intake fan and would let off a burning smell. I wish there were more clothes hangers in the rooms for our clothes. Downstairs bathroom door cannot be locked.

Plenty of space in the dry room for snow equipment, especially the drink vending machine. Location was close to many free shuttle buses making it easy to travel to many resorts without a car.

Stairs up to first floor is very narrow, so we need to hold on to handrail for safety, but the wall next to handrail is very rough and sharp, keep scrapping our skin off if we accidentally touch the wall, sometimes little bleeding if we move too fast. Very painful.

The sofa bed was a little squeaky with the mattress being little too soft. My kids are light and of a younger age, so they did not mind this.

I loved my one week stay at LeBocage. The 1 bedroom apartment was sufficient and enough space for my family of 4 people (2x young kids). I love that simple amenities like shampoo, conditioner, dishwashing liquid, garbage bags, olive oil, salt and pepper etc are all provided. Echoland was also a very convenient location. Close to a few restaurant options and easy walk to bus stops to catch Ski Resort shuttle busses.

Would recommend kids to be older than 5years old as the stairs are quite steep.

The chalet had all amentities and was clean and warm. It was very spacious and suited our family of 4 (kids 10 and 12). The deep bath was a highlight and it came with on site Netflix (you don't need to log into your own account). It was super close (50m) to the main street of Echoland which had all shops for coffee, food, snow rentals, grocery store and the free bus shuttles to get to the different resorts.

The staff are amazing and so helpful. Communication was easy and they assisted with pick up and drop off to the train station and our luggage transfers. The house was great for a group, location within great restaurants and bars. The grocery store drop offs we’re very useful. We enjoyed our stay very much.
