Bad customer service and "nickel and dime" strategy to increase their revenue. I booked an apartment with a kitchenette but was told I would have to pay extra for utensils, pan, etc. so it was unusable.

The walls were bare cement which gave the impression of a bunker. Pretty sad feeling. There was an awful mould smell in the room, which didn’t go away even after opening windows, use sprays or the kitchen extractor. My clothes and my suitcase smell of mould. There was no table and no wardrobe in the room, just a shelf, a chair and 4 hangers. There was no staff to talk about all these issues and I didn’t want to get on a back and forth emails session. I simply stayed in the room just for the night.

The location was great. Close to a convenient store, restaurants, monorail and about 10 minutes walk to Kokusai Dori. It took me 25 minutes from the airport to the accommodation. The air conditioning, the washing machine and the dryer in the room were fantastic. There was a tiny kitchen with a good size fridge. The double bed was comfortable with good quality bedsheets. There were loads of bath towels and sleepers.

No reception, nothing, no daily cleaning, building made in concret, not nice, area around quiet. Strict rules about check-in, only after 15h. they could be more flexible if there were someone to discuss about... Perphaps a little small room for a couple.

There is a kitchenette with a stove (that’s why we rented this room) but no pans or pots provided, so we cannot cook anything. Normally other places will have staff that we could ask to rent the cooking ware but this place, we are on our own, no staff present at all. So the kitchenette is pretty much worthless for us, just something the renter can put on the photos to deceive naive people like us.

The place was clean and had a lot of room. I was worried about the key system when checking in but it was simple and easy. It is right next to the rail and only a few stops from the airport. It is also located near a nice area to eat.

We liked the spacious room with a kitchen, laundry and nice size bath. It was just our unit on the top floor so it felt very private. Super convenient location with so many restaurants nearby and the train station to the airport in a few minutes walk. The staff accommodated the additional guest in timely manner. Check-in/check-out was easy.

Not much space to sit, not much hooks or racks to hang clothes within the room and toilets - though there are hanging racks at the balcony. You can hear the night crowd from the streets on weekends but that wasn't too much of a problem as the noise was intermitten.

Loved where the hotel is located , there’s a lot of eateries around the hotel , Lawson is just next to the hotel. Monorail station just 5 mins walk from the hotel which makes it very convenient to travel without a car , if you have a car , there’s parking lots nearby the hotel if the hotel’s parking is full. Walking distance to kokusai street as well as makishi market.

Overall, I am very satisfied. The location is very close to Miebashi Station, Prefectural Government Station, and Kokusai Street, and there are many places to eat around! There is a convenience store downstairs！

I would prefer a harder mattress. Also, there were no tables or chairs for you to eat, which was not a huge problem, we just sat on the floor.

The location was impeccable. Very quiet at night and Lawson is right across the street. 3 minutes walk to the monorail station and a lot of restaurants nearby. The room was clean and had everything we needed- a washing machine, a dryer, an iron for your clothes, and a kitchenette. You can email the property and pay a little extra for cookware like pans, utensils and even a rice cooker. We also paid for the parking space- although there are quite a few coin parking lots nearby, the price from the hotel is much more reasonable.
