Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Hong Konglocation is a bit far from station especially if weather not good; meals not available in room though there is a very spacious Japanese living room; private one was situated next to a car part which is very odd.

PhilippinesFor those with back problems, note that the bed is a cushion on the floor. If you have the budget - avail of the menu plan of breakfast and dinner. This had to be booked in advance. Restaurants and cafes in Yufuin open late and close early, so meals at the ryokan is a good option.
Big, traditional Japanese room. Our room had a private onsen - very convenient in the cold weather!

ThailandSome staff could rarely speak English. The whole Fukuoka was a bit behind in English communication. The reception was then a bit slow and kick-back kind of thing. We were expecting the villa with traditional roof, but we got the modern style tile roof. It might be ok, as the whole villa was newly constructed, not the old one.
Traditional ryokan. The highlight here was the meal, both dinner and breakfast, they were extravaganza. The service for the restaurant was excellent. There were both indoor and outdoor in-room onsen pools. There were more public outdoor pools facility. We loved the traditional old style roof. The whole villa was huge with traditional sliding doors which would separate area in to various functions.

Hong KongVery polite and helpful staff. They make you feel very pleasant. Nice environment and good Onsen quality. Dinner and breakfast are very delicious and full of details. Warm and comfortable room. Just a little bit far from centre and train station, but it’s worth to walk a little bit for this quiet environment.
