The capsule rooms were really, really hot! I had to sleep on top of my bedding, and the heat made it hard to sleep. The fan inside the capsule helped a little, but the best thing was keeping the blind up until right before I went to sleep because otherwise it was airless. The mattress was very hard too, though I’ve experienced much, much harder beds in Japan before

Room was quite hot and stuffy, could not increase the fan speed. People were still checking in at 1-2am, and they made a lot of noise, there was no door to reduce the noise, only a curtain. If they could install a door and improve the air circulation, i think it would have been a comfortable stay.

The shared facilities were clean and in good condition. Price was reasonably cheap.

1. The staff is friendly but they don:t good at English. 2. The cubic room is shared with other room. It use a share air conditional. In some place, the air is very dry. If there is a solution for control the humidity of the room, I will give it 10 points.

Nowhere to have a morning coffee sit down unless you reserved a spot in the dining room which I had not been informed of and wouldn't pay for anyway because it was quite expensive.

The biggest criticism I have is that the smoking room is not properly sealed. Especially the locker room had a distinctive smoke smell. In the cabin compartment it was much less, but noticeable near the entrance. My cabin was a bit further from the door, there it was not noticable. The locker was quite narrow, a few centimeters more would have been nice, but I could fit everything eventually. The breakfast buffet was already quite empty about 45 minutes before it closed. I can understand that not everything is available until the last minute, but there was really not a lot available.

The check-in was easy and the staff was very nice. The other guests were very quite so it was easy to have a nice long sleep even in the morning.

Me being from New Zealand is used to colder conditions, so as you dint have control over aircon in capsule it was set at about 22 degrees I'd say, and to warm but I'm foreign, Japanese probable ok with it which is cool...waa fun but to warm in capsule for me!

For me, sleeping in cubic/capsule rooms is very comforting, as the small enclosed spaces makes it very easy for me to sleep. it was my first night in japan, so I was very tired and fell asleep quite easily. Front desk people were very kind, and the lady very friendly told me to take the amenities items.

I chose the option where breakfast is included, where you can also add the breakfast later with 1210yen. For me, it is just like some typical hotel breakfast, where I think I can skip their breakfast. But still, their breakfast is still pretty good.

This hotel is so close to the Matsue station, and it is very convenient. The hotel is very clean and very well maintained. I really like how they provide a lot of amenity stuffs at the lobby. And it is really nice that they have a separate place for locker to put stuffs, so less noise at the capsule bed area. And they way they built the capsule beds, it feels less disturbance from other people. It is really comfortable inside the capsule, where it even has a fan button for better air circulation.

Very clean and comfortable facilities. It is also in a great location, very close the station. I loved that it was quiet, making it easy to sleep. Towels, sleepwear and slippers are included. Can’t beat this place with the price, location, and amenities.

I liked the layout of the property: things are stored in a separate locker across the sleeping area, because it minimizes the noise made by others. The accommodation was very comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean and spacious.

The hotel's outward appearance as noted above is a bit worn. The locker room was also a little cramped. Overall through there were not many negative points.

Despite the outward appearance of a rather older looking building, the inside of the capsule section of the hotel was very modern and comfortable. The front desk has a lot of free goods that guests can take advantage of such as shampoos, combs, coffee, and other toiletries. The capsules themselves were rather spacious and the showers were well kept. Wi-fi was also very good. The location is also excellent, right across from Matsue Station.

The elevator was the only way to get to the women’s floor and it seemed like you couldn’t access the stairwell, so that was a bit concerning.

I liked how they offered skincare products as a part of their amenities, so you don’t have to carry all of your essences and moisturizers and face washes with you when you stay. The capsule was also quite comfy.
