Most friendly and helpful staff. Always with a smile. Hotel is really close to Iwate Park which was perfect for our visiting during cherry blossom. Go visit Chillin Music Bar for an evening when around. Great experience

Great modern hotel, the rooms were nicely laid out with great facilities and a nice balcony and view. The staff were extremely friendly and keen to speak English. There is a bar/cafe beside the lobby that has occasional live musical performances and serves wonderful food and coffee, the staff here were also very polite and friendly - a running theme of most places in Morioka but I wanted to highlight it here. Fantastic restaurant bar on the floor beneath and great street food spots on the ground floor. The location is good with the bus station being directly beneath the hotel and the train station a short walk/taxi ride at the end of the road. Highly recommend, loved my stay here and it is definitely on my list for the next time I visit.

The air-conditioning does not work but they handled the issue immediately and satisfactorily when I told them.

The staff is very nice, friendly and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable. I guess the air-con in my room does not work and they offer me another room with a comfortable heater. They handle my questions and recommended a very nice restaurant to us. . The staff speak English which helps.

Great place with several restaurants and services on site. Attractions are walkable from the location. Laundry on site. Very friendly & helpful staff. Very clean. Public bath on site at no cost for hotel guests. We would definitely stay here again.

The blinds do not shut out the sunlight completely

The hotel is brand new and has a unique, very modern design. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and quiet. The sento is clean and has free towels available. The breakfast is light and delicious. The staff was super friendly and helpful. There are free jazz concerts in the lobby. Moreover, the hotel supports Japanese artists with disabilities and exhibits their vibrant artworks in the hotel rooms.

The laundry is a little pricey at 900 yen but does the job.

It's just above the new Morioka bus centre so it is super convenient. There's a mini food hall and a no frills bakery downstairs. The onsen and rooms are comfortable, with everything you need.

The room is comfortable but spartan. No bathtub unfortunately--something I always expect in a Japanese hotel, regardless of price point.

This hotel is new and inspired by the career of a famous Japanese jazz musician. Very unique and cool. Love that there's basically a jazz club at the entrance. LOVED the public bath!

Lighting of the corridor is quite creepy. Location is far away from train station, it would be clumsy if you carry a luggage and get to there by bus.

Clean and artistic design. Room placement might not feel like conventional hotel due to building limits, but every necessity is equipped, so it’s just a matter of getting used to it. Really like them placing a speaker inside the room for playing music. Front desk is helpful and friendly, just don’t hesitate to get in touch in case of anything.
