The pool area is very small and could get crowded but was fine in April. The 7th floor moon club was a bit clinical and lacked atmosphere. There was a bar downstairs which closed at 7pm but we never saw anyone there and there was no where to go in the evening after eating out as the moon club is supposed to be open but again never anyone in there at night. I wouldn’t stay there again because I felt it lacked atmosphere and the downstairs bar could be made much more of and have a happy hour etc to encourage use. It wouldn’t take much to make it more appealing and sociable.

The bathroom light is too dim for me, the shower water took some time to get warm. Some food can be delivered to your room, but not all, and there’s no menu in the rooms.

Super clean rooms, absolutely spotless after each cleaning. The rooms have microwave, mini fridge, some plates and utensils, a family size dining table, a sink and stove. Which is so important when traveling with little children. There’s free laundry machines on each floor. The staff was so friendly and spoke good English. The food was great! There was so much bed space and we were able to push 2 beds together to make a king. The furniture was very new and chic. You can log into Netflix’s and YouTube easily with 2 smart TVs. The bath tub was pretty big.

Everything is great and you can spend whole day here. There is free afternoon tea and alcohol from 14:00-16:00 and 16:00-18:00. Although the hotel is a bit far from American Village, it is relatively quiet.

If you want to visit the Okinawa islands (such as Kerama), Chatan is a bit far from Naha port and from the city center, so renting a car is mandatory. The best beaches are a bit far.

Super fancy hotel, very close to the American Village in Chatan. The infinity pool at the rooftop, although small, is amazing. The breakfast and in general food (apero, tea, or lunch) were very good. The staff was super professional, kind, and helpful.

Asked for check out at 12pm when hotel was empty. the charge was 25% of the room rate for one hour late. given it was an expensive hotel this was excessive. avoid hotel restaurants like brewery and seafood pier. there are better food options close by.

pool was small but nice, breakfast was generous staff in the club area were great rooms were clean and comfortable location was quite good.
