Cannot see Fuji mountain as pics. It is far far away and you can only see a bit of mountain in a sunny day. Need to walk at least 10mins for a convenient stores. The QTA in station is expensive for everything. Not many choices of restaurants and cafes as in Lake Kawaguchiko station. If you drive, it is OK.

Room size is bigger than expected. Close to station but buses are not frequent as expected. There is a share kitchen for guests to cook. The only thing is you need to walk far get the ingredients or get expensive ingredients from QTA in station.

There wasn’t much space near the bathroom sink to get ready, so we used the desk and mirror for more room.

The room was ok, but you won't feel spoiled, most of our locations of interest weren't nearby and we traveled by car, so not sure if the location would be good for you if you use public transportation.

We got there by car so the parking spot was very important and it was just 2 minutes from the hotel. In the lobby we could get some snacks, soft drinks and so on for a small fee. A nice cafe was just walking distance away. The staff was very friendly and we got some good recommendations for our stay in Japan. The roof-top was a nice place to have a coffee and enjoy the breeze.

Spacious (for Japanese standards) and nice rooms. Very close to Mt. Fuji railway station. Most rooms have view to Mt. Fuji. There is a nice rooftop terrace where you can have coffee looking at the mountain or amusement park on the other side. Staff was friendly and helpful, we arrived early and left our luggage with them and arrived later to a ready room with luggage inside. There is also a small kitchen that everyone can use. There is no breakfast, but we had some recommendations of places in the neighbourhood.

Location in Fujioshida was excellent. Close to great coffee, two bakeries and dinner options. Definitely happy with the hotel and James at the front desk was awesome!

Everything!! Hotel is 2seconds from the station. Rooms are huge for Japan! Huge bed - comfy and nice pillow. Free coffee and tea on every floor. Staff were amazing - so helpful and nice! Loved this hotel!!

Location was excellent, and the room was big. The view from the room was amazing and the rooftop area was a great addition. The staff were very friendly. It was very close to the train station and a great base for all the sights.

There was a bright flashing light in the room and could be a bit noisy, but I slept with ear plugs and eye mask and was fine.

Everything you need, close to the train station and free car parking. The roof top terrace overlooking Mt Fuji was perfect!
