We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Hong KongTheir bus shuttle didn't pick us up from the bus terminal as we had sent the text messages ahead of time (at the train station). We also called few times when arrived at the bus terminal and only able to leave voice messages. We therefore walked uphill to the hotel from bus terminal with our luggages. Fortunately, the free shuttle was available returning to the bus terminal on checkout.
Location is good as it is a walking distance to the ski lift. Staffs are nice. They have English speaking and Chinese speaking staffs that provide better service to foreign guests. The dinner and breakfast are good and well serve.

MalaysiaThe view from my room is so beautiful during winter. Foods served for both dinner and breakfast are very delicious and the portions are generous.
The staffs are super friendly and helpful. The two gentlemen from the reception counter tried their best to help me with information of the ski resorts and the road way from the hotel to the onsen town, not forgetting also the lovely Filipino lady who gave me and my family with such a warm welcome. Really like their services.

SingaporeAs the room faces the car park entrance, you can hear noise from the cars. The futon beds are a little thin; the same goes for the pillows. The room shows signs of ageing, and you can hear voices from the next-door unit.
The onsen offers one of the best experiences at Meitoya So. The hotel staff will make the futon bed for you during the evening. The breakfast spread was acceptable. The western bed was comfortable too.

MalaysiaThey didn't tell you until checkout you need to pay for cleaning service fee. If you don't drive you need to plan in advance to book shuttle to go to the hotel. It is located at uphill.
The size of the room is large. We slept comfortably through windy and cold night. If you are tall you may find the shower space area a bit stuffy.

Well priced Onsen/Ryokan with a many English-spoken staff. A great place to try Onsen (for first timers, including private baths available to be booked) or as a base to explore the many great onsens that Zao has to offer! Dinner and breakfast were also very good and they were able to accommodate vegetarian/vegan dietary needs.
