Location is a little out the way but not far from the action. A 20 min walk to Gion and Kyoto station and a 10 min walk to the shopping area

Staff were so friendly and welcoming. Hotel has a lot of items to borrow plus a fun bingo game and free calligraphy as well as happy hour to try beer and sake. The 2 bed suite was well appointed and spacious

Minor, but one of the bedrooms doesn’t have a window. And the one that does have a window doesn’t have full blackout shades. But these are minor I would highly recommend this property to my friends. And would look to return!

Super well laid out apartments - we had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a living room. It was so clean and comfortable! The washing machine worked really well and was much appreciated. What really helped our stay were the staff - they are truly multilingual and were so helpful and warm. Our room had a sweet view of a small temple! It was also very very quiet and had plenty of space. Happy hour was a nice treat! The area was pleasant and safe and I could trust my tween boys to go out on their own in the morning to buy junk food from 7-11 which they loved :)

Nothing, we enjoyed our stay here.

We stayed here for four nights in a superior two bedroom suite. We were able to spread out and have space as a family.of four. The facilities were fantastic and clean. Having a washing machine/dryer in our room was great. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The happy hour each night was a nice add on. The location was great and we didn't have any problem walking to a number of attractions, and it was an easy walk from the train station, There were also a number of eating places about 5-10 minutes walk away, and more if you want to venture further.

The only thing that i can think of would be that taxis had a hard time finding the entrance. That's it, can't really do 2 to 3 sentences about that. The hotel does their best to remedy that by giving you a card to give to drivers to show them where it is, so it wasn't too bad.

The rooms were clean and had everything we needed for a memorable, comfy stay. Super close to the train, 7-11, stores, and restaurants The staff were very friendly and helped you out with pretty much anything.. There was a calligraphy lesson and full range of fun and helpful items.

My only feedback would be that it would be good if the beds didn’t roll around so much. Otherwise I don’t have anything I didn’t like.

Location, staff is extremely supportive, great flat with two separate bed rooms, very quiet and no noise from elevator or so. Restaurants, shopping opportunities etc. in walking distance, and perfectly for hopping on a bus or to catch a subway.

The front desk staff were extremely helpful and so kind. They spent hours organising dinner bookings and taxi services. Nothing was too much trouble The location of the Hotel was also fantastic for getting around and sightseeing. We would highly recommend this to any traveller. We also enjoyed the extra touches like sake and beer tasking happy hour. Overall and exceptional experience, made extra special by the lovely staff.

There's nothing that I did not like about this place.

Did not have the chance to try the breakfast. Location is easily located. I like that the room that is on 10th floor and its a corner room. It gives us some privacy. I like that the washing machine/dryer inside the room, very convenient to use. Staffs are friendly and accommodating.

Having a kitchen and common area to eat, along with a spacious and roomy sitting area was great for our group of 4. Our apartment was clean and comfortable. Two full bathrooms was a game changer.

Upon check-in, we were graciously and warmly welcomed by front desk staff. Front desk staff were top-notch in the hospital and service they offered throughout our stay. They were attentive and helpful. Bara was exceptional in the service he provided—he offered great dining recommendations and directions.

Location was excellent, spacious for our family. Washer/Dryer in our room was a huge bonus. The staff were all really lovely and welcoming. Not to mention the happy hr of saki and craft beer each afternoon where you could chat with guests or take it to your room. A wonderful stay.

The 2 bedroom suite that my husband and I stayed in for a week was perfect. Super clean, with a small kitchen. We didn’t really cook, but had breakfast in. They have kitchen items that you can request, like a tea or coffee pot. The staff are warm and helpful. And they provide draft beer and sake for free from 5-7 PM. Coffee machine makes ok espresso, and you can request orange and apple juice boxes. Great location to explore Kyoto. Out of the hub bubble, but close to buses and subways.

The room is clean, the size is bigger than other hotels. The washing machine inside the room is really helpful. The staffs are friendly and very helpful. Easy access to public transportation Shopping and eatery places are nearby
