Our stay was great! Only comment is that breakfast was supposed to be served until 10:30 but right after 10:00 staff started to tidy up and collecting everything back to the kitchen.

It was not super clean, or at least not at the same level as in other 4 star hotels we stayed in Japan. The size of the room could be considered somewhat small.

Breakfast with multiple local options. They also give you breakfast tickets that can be used for lunch at nice restaurants in the market. Location close to all sightseeing places in Kanazawa and the train station.

We drive but there is no parking lot attached to hotel. So you were directed to another parking complex by staff. It's easy to get there and only 5-6mins when you walk back. Property offers special rate to guests so i think it's ok.

Location is excellent which is very close to main attractions by reasonable walking distance within 15-20mins. The property is quite new and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room is quite big which suit for 3 persons. Beds are comfy and clean. Everything you need is offered. Wifi runs very well. The onsen is ok but not big, but it is good they provide this facility. There is a construction site just next to property. They stopped the work due to weekend? You might have to pay attention to this.

    Nothing.

Great location for walking. Sited between the market and the famous garden. Also just a 20 minute walk from the station if you’re not carrying too much luggage. Room was bigger than experienced in other Japanese hotels (booked ‘moderate queen’) and there was a small table and chairs as well as the bed. Loved the setting for breakfast overlooking the garden, and the wide choice of offerings. Staff were very helpful in spite of struggling with the English language at times. For something different, if you are a crafty person, try the one-hour gold leaf workshop (see details online), and make your own souvenir to take home. It’s about a 20 min walk away and visit the gold leaf museum first.

We arrived with a vehicle and the hotel does not have parking, which we didn’t necessarily expect, but we were directed to park in a lot that we later discovered was more expensive than we needed to pay if we had done our own research on Parking lots.

Great location to explore the city. Close to amenities and transportation. Comfortable rooms. An amazing breakfast buffet for additional cost, but worth it. Japanese bath/spa was also very nice with great view.

Simply an incredible spot to stay in Kanazawa. It's an easy walk to the castle and the gardens nearby, and located close to restaurants and the fish market at opposite ends of the main road. The rooms are excellently furnished, with ample space and great bathrooms. The hotel staff service is top notch and tailored to your liking with minimal or full room service which is much appreciated. The sento was an absolute highlight. The breakfast and dinner services looked very good, though I did not try them. I would absolutely stay here again if I ever return to Kanazawa.

There are nearby construction happening for the rest of the month it seems. It is not too loud, but you can definitely hear it in the day time. It did not bother us since we were out all day, but please note this.

Amazing value for money. A very lovely hotel, big room for Japan and large toilet in room. The restaurant in the hotel is a MUST VISIT. So delicious, the sukiyaki is amazing and the beef curry is one of the best I've ever had. The room was stunning and had a beautiful entry way and display art. I loved this hotel very much. The rooftop onsen is also super clean, new and love view. Location wise there is nothing much in the nearby area, there is a family mart next door. However everything can be reached by either a taxi or some of the sights are about 15 - 20 minutes walk away.

I wish I had something to say. But this place was perfect.

This ia the place to be. We travelled all around Japan and this was by far our favourite place. Incredibly spacious rooms, a huge bathroom and super friendly staff. The biggest pro is the sentou (public bath) for the guests on the top floor where you can catch a view of Kanazawa. I definitely recommend coming up there at least once at night and in the morning! The moment I plan to return to Kanazawa I will return to this place.

Great location- walking distance to the Castle, Gardens (exceptional) and Art Gallery. Very close to the Market- ideal spot for lunch. Wonderful coffee at Cubby Hole - 5 minutes walk away. Excellent bars and restaurants in the side streets within 20 minutes walk. Lovely breakfasts with a wide range of food. We ate Shabashaba in the dining room one night. It was delicious, staff were attentive and the restaurant had a relaxed vibe. The Onsen was lovely to soak in after a long day of walking. Our room was clean and comfortable.
