Everything is good except training in English language communication for the counter staff at the Living Room could be better. One staff just shove a device in our face.

Convenient and cosy. Front desk staff are all professional and display good English proficiency.

The hotel was elegantly decorated, very quiet, even though the hotel was fully booked.The spa was very nice and very popular. The breakfast was lovely, particularly the eel bowl. The views were great and the location was reasonably close to the shinkansen tracks. We would very happily come back here next time in Nagoya.

Clean and very conveniently located near Nagoya station! Room service was top notch, returning to a clean and neat hotel after a long day out feels so good. They even have an indoor onsen! Hotel lobby very posh, feels very atas.

We arrived early after an overnight flight. The hotel won't allow early checkin without a charge, regardless of time. Not sure whether it's the same with other hotels in Nagoya or just this one.

The hotel is in an excellent location near Nagoya Station. Good access to restaurants and shopping. The rooms are all on high floors with good views. Service staff are excellent.

Hotel is near the Station and close to a very high end mall. The entrance to the elevator is on the first floor through huge (think King Kong) doors. Walk into a square room with two elevators that take you up to the 18th floor. There you will find the lobby. Check in was easy. I printed the reservation from booking in English and Japanese as offered by the site. The rooms were nice and the views are excellent. Very happy with the hotel amenities. If you wish to use the laundry room please note it can get very busy from 7pm - 9pm. There are only two machines. They are both a combination washer and dryer. The dryer feature is not great, so either plan to hang dry the items or run the dryer a second time. Best part of the hotel is the view and location.

Great idea to have a hotel on top of an office block. The reception & dining area on the 18th floor have wonderful views - as do all the luxurious rooms. Such a central location.

WiFi was poor, and one night we couldn't get anything to load. Room can get really hot in the daytime and the area around the window was almost burning to the touch.
