We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

The hotel is in an excellent location near Nagoya Station. Good access to restaurants and shopping. The rooms are all on high floors with good views. Service staff are excellent.

United StatesHotel is near the Station and close to a very high end mall. The entrance to the elevator is on the first floor through huge (think King Kong) doors. Walk into a square room with two elevators that take you up to the 18th floor. There you will find the lobby. Check in was easy. I printed the reservation from booking in English and Japanese as offered by the site. The rooms were nice and the views are excellent. Very happy with the hotel amenities. If you wish to use the laundry room please note it can get very busy from 7pm - 9pm. There are only two machines. They are both a combination washer and dryer. The dryer feature is not great, so either plan to hang dry the items or run the dryer a second time. Best part of the hotel is the view and location.
