I had an amazing experience during my stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly, the room was immaculate and the amenities were pretty sufficient. A short walk to the nearest train station, around 10 to 15 minutes. Otherwise, take a bus to Kyoto station from the bus stop nearby, 1 min walk. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I felt the room was a bit too warm for me even with the AC on.

Its directly opposite a temple which you can visit early in the morning and Familymart was just a few meters away. There's even a sauna in the basement floor.

The room was clean and accommodated our family of 6 well. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, especially with managing our luggage before and after check-in.

Was great to have a washer/dryer but even with the QR code to access the manual, it was still difficult to understand. And as we did our laundry the night before departure, as time did not allow to fully dry, we left with slightly damp washing. No one to blame but ourselves.

Lovely large room with a mix of modern and traditional. Clean and comfortable. Toilet in separate area to bathroom. Great location. 10min. walk to Kyoto station. Helpful, friendly staff. Perfect accommodation.

We arrived lunch time, but there was no space in the lobby for leaving bags, but the amazing staff in MONday did what they can to make our room available for us to drop our bags. It is very clean, staff extremely friendly, and its a comfortable and cozy place to stay. Will definitely stay here on our next Japan trip.🤍

The washing instructions could be done better in english. Took a lot of time to figure it out.

Good location 10 min walk from kyoto station. 207 Bus stops right outside the hotel and can go to kinkuji or gion. Although i would say taking the taxi is pretty efficient with the location and you wont be paying more the 1000 yen to go to all the touristy stuff. There is family mart and an Indian restaurant right near the hotel. Must have the bhuna mutton from that place. Queens is what it is called.

Can’t see out the windows but I’m assuming no view anyways. Got to property about an hour and a half early. We were told we could store our luggage in the room but we were not allowed to stay in the room until 3pm. I thought that was quite strange that we weren’t allowed to utilize the room even though our bags could be in there. We followed the rules of course, but thought it was strange nonetheless.

Great place for a family of four to stay. Lots of space and actual places to store luggage and clothing.

The only thing that I didn’t care for was that you couldn’t see out the windows but I am assuming there was no view anyways. A very minor detail.

Location was super convenient. Staff was always helpful. Appreciate the extra space when traveling with children and being able to utilize the kitchenette for a home cooked meal was appreciated when we just didn’t have the energy to go out.
