The laundry dryers were slow. The room was a bit dusty. The room was outdated and the hotel needs a bit of an uplift.

Great location. staff were helpful. The room was big and bathroom was a good size (considering Japanese standards). Laundry facilities available. The staff helped to store luggage. Lawson downstairs which is super helpful.

The room can feel a bit cramped, and a bit expensive for what you could get around that pricemark, but you're paying for Tokyo, and a good location within Tokyo as well.

The hotel is very well located, just a short walk away from the metro station. You can easily get to Akihabara and around with the metro line and that makes it a perfect place to stay on travel/tourism.

The dryers at the laundry room are not in good shape and takes a lot to completely dry your clothes. For us it was over 2 hours and we put less than the suggested 7 kg.

There was always something to do close to the hotel, and the neighborhood was amazing.

Fridge was freezing everything and was missing parts so couldn't store things in the door. Bed was a bit to hard.

Being unable to switch off the bathroom light. The instructions for the air conditioner were for a different model than the one that was actually in the room, so it was a bit tricky trying to work it out as everything was written in Japanese.

The room was pretty small, but was clean and well organised. Excellent choice of beauty sachets available downstairs. Loved the location: close to train station and to tiny neighbourhood eateries.

Very nicely furnished room with comfy beds in traditional Japanese Style. Has everything you need, can open the window for some fresh air. The location is very close to the Asakusabashi station, so you have great access to transportation. Still not too noisy.

We had a comfortable stay even though the room was a little dated in decor but it gives out a nice retro vibe. The staffs were really friendly and helpful, a laundry room is available so we could do our laundry, so we really liked that. The hotel has a direct access door to Lawson which is only available for guests so it's very convenient when you want to grab a midnight snack, and the hotel is near the Asakusabashi Train Station (West Exit). It's also just 1 train stop away from Akihabara. A direct train to Narita airport is also available from there via the Asakusa Train Line (local not rapid so there's a lot of stops but good value for money if you're on a budget) so you don't have to worry about lugging your post holiday luggage full of shopping through different stations! Plenty of good food available nearby plus 2 supermarkets next to the hotel. Overall our stay was comfortable and very pleasant, would definitely come back to stay for our next trip! :)

The hotel didn’t have a smoking area. The nearest it was 5 min walking, but during the night no smoking area nearly. The solution just go to a restaurant where you can smoke.

The bed is a little narrow for 2 people.

Very good location, close to the JR and subway stations. Under the building there is a Family Mart that has an entrance connected to the hotel. Very worth the price The staff are lovely, calm, and helpful. And we can see the view of Tokyo Skytree from the room window.
