We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

JapanThe only complaint I had was there were no hooks to hang the towels from in the shower area.
This hotel was like staying at a spa! The shower area and bath alone were enough to prompt me to book again. The bathtub was huge with some spa like effects when you pushed some buttons. We also loved how room service was handled so privately. You could order food on an ipad and it was delivered to your room via a small space much like a scullery. The amenities were high class and plentiful. I would definitely stay here again!

AustraliaVery rigid on check in time. We were 13 min early due to rental car return scheduling, no take! The one thing that was very annoying: the aircon temperature reset itself to 27deg every hour or so. Much too hot. I informed the staff who went into back room and said it was internally adjustable and that he fixed it. No, all night we were sweating, then fine after manually adjusting. The the cycle began again. Kept us awake. Not good.
Very spacious bathroom, ice maker on the floor, free Softdrinks, coffee, soups in the lobby. Very clean. Modern hotel where almost everything worked. Comfortable beds, view of the airport. Free breakfast.

The place was quaint and dainty from outside and even the lobby/reception area but they have large rooms. It was overall clean and have a lot more amenities inside the room than regular hotel rooms like hot and cold water dispenser, microwave, and air purifier.

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It’s not expensive and the quality of everything is exceptional! Room is new and clean, they offer a lot of items for personal care and for the room, a variety of foods and the bathroom is also amazing, with a very large bathtub. Couldn’t be happier. I traveled with my husband and our baby and the room was very accommodating.

JapanMy only complain is the dovet. It's not properly contained within the cover, and it can be unconmfortuable when you sleep.
We booked the king size room, so spacious, bigger than any hotel room we've ever stayed in Japan. It's very close to the centre of Nagoya but not really in the centre, so if you are travelling by car, this is a great place to stay. Also they provide free parking, which is very useful.

JapanThe location is a little ways of from the station. There's another train station down the street, but still a bit of a walk is necessary. Going to famous sightseeing locations, like the castle, isn't very convenient from this hotel. That said, I am fairly certain that the hotel is mostly used as a love hotel, so the sightseeing might not be that relevant for travelers staying here. The cleanliness of the room left a bit to be desired. In the search for my belongings I looked under the bed and there I saw a variety of things I'd rather not been aware of, including condom wrappers, cigarettes, other plastic garbage and a big layer of dust. I really hope that more attention is spent cleaning the bed itself and the bathroom.
The rooms are very quiet and well isolated from the outside world. During my 2 night stay I didn't hear any of the other guest or any of the traffic from the two busy roads outside. The room I stayed in was very spacious and the bathtub was pretty big for Japanese standards. The food ordered with the room service was tasty and delivered quite quickly.

Hong KongCurtain has to be on all day, it is Just next to the car bridge. The bed is weird so makes very uncomfortable: ~ The duvet is tied with a thin cover above the matttress, so one side of the duvet is fixed. ~ The duvet cover only covers one side only, the other 3 sides you can see and touch the duvet, so the duvet easily slips away from the duvet cover. The air-con is either too hot or too cold. The cleaning and house keeping is bad. It is not clean. Staff cannot speak English at all.
