The staff is lovely! The hotel gives a feeling of home! The rooms are pampering - spacious and very clean. We sleep 3 people in the room. The location is very convenient, really close to the station and really close to everything you want to see in the area.

One feedback, the hotel is hidden in between 2 building, and to make things worst, the hotel sign board was block by the trees Infront of the hotel, so it make it difficult for us to located the hotel, we need to go round and round a few time to realised is was hidden behind the tree which is not tall but good enough to cover the hotel sign board. Other than that, it was good.

The staff was friendly, snack prepared in the room was good too. Self services station for coffee / tea / water were good.

Ami and her team were most helpful in assisting on recommending & making dinner reservations at fabulous restaurants. The family suite was roomy and very comfortable & cosy. Hotel conveniently located within 3 minutes walk from Kurashiki station and within walking distance to many places of interest including the river boat rides. Snacks like bagels in the room were delicious.

Location : Short walk from train station a plus if you're lugging heavy bags. The shopping street and Bikan Historical Quarter are only a short 15 min stroll away. Check in/out : Effortless, assisted by charming, well trained and pleasant staff. Thoughtfulness : Nice touches everywhere. In room bagels provided and toaster with which to warm them. Sachets of soup-in-a- cup. Water and coffee machine in lobby available throughout the day. Complimentary tasting of local sake (with tasting notes no less). Even tiny bedroom slippers for the little ones !

Personally, as a family, there was nothing in the hotel experience that we didn't enjoy. The bagels were a lovely touch.

From 5-7pm, there were fun experiences held such as a washi tape master class and a macha tea ceremony which was great for the whole family.

Everything was perfect! We truly felt at home and looked after. The hotel is in a great location between the old town, station and the outlet/shopping centre. They have the most wonderful team working there and we loved the attention to detail in everything.

Maybe only that the location of the hotel was a bit hidden in a small alleyway, so the kerb appeal was not there. But it was still lovely.

Awesome room, convenient location, nice amenities, friendly staff, water n simple breakfast both included, room space was more than sufficient with my baby boy and 5 year old. Even had a baby cot. Loved the place!

super friendly staff were kind and attentive and spoke some English. They helped with reservations for some restaurants, and gave us a very comprehensive bike guide they had prepared in house, that outlined a lovely countryside bike route that we had read about. The rooms are super comfy and the bathrooms great. The location is just 3 minutes from the train station, and very quite (we did not hear any trains). We really really enjoyed this hotel, highly recommend.
