Temperature in the room was warmer than we are used to, despite a lower setting on the AC.

The staff were very courteous and helpful. The size of the room was the largest we'd stayed at in our travel around Japan.

Great stay! We had so much space in our room, especially with the two queen beds. Tons of sprawl space. The place is extremely clean and the staff is very helpful! Great location close to a few bus stops and food spots

Room was spacious compared too other hotels in Japan with comfortable beds and all needed facilities inside the room. It was very clean and nice. Staff were kind and helpful. Location was also good.

Maybe the TV could be in front of the bed and there was no spa but we had no time to look at TV or go to the spa so it did not matter at all.

Everything. It had a walk in shower and bathtub. We were in a family room and there was a walk in closet. It was really big the room. The staff was also great. It was environmental friendly but possible to have things if you asked for it. There was a welcome note and origamy when you came at the desk. It was exceptionally clean.

Our only complaint was a bright motion sensor light near the bathroom that went on when using the bathroom at night! It was bright enough to wake up the other person in the room. A small night light in the bathroom would work much better!

Breakfast was served in our room. We took the Japanese version and it was delicious, plentiful and beautiful in presentation. I had read the reviews that said to put the trays outside the room if not getting your room cleaned. The room was large, well laid out, with a separate toilet room with sink and beautiful art painted on the walls. There were some very good restaurants nearby. A Yakatori restaurant that you need to reserve due to popularity, a Spanish restaurant and a cute little bakery style breakfast/lunch place.

Nothing really. Perhaps in case of a longer stay daily commute walks could get a bit boring.

Lovely spacious room, fantastic bathroom and very kind and genuinely helpful staff. Highly recommend (if you don't mind 10min walk to the nearest station, which I don't think should be problematic). And the window does open!!

A great experience! Staff was very welcoming and the rooms were very spacious. The bathroom was very nice with plenty of space. Felt like a very nice hotel experience at all points. Location was decent with about an 8 minute walk to the train station.

The buffet breakfast was stopped for some reason so you'll get a breakfast delivered to your room. We got the western one and it was ok. Also, the table in the room is quite small to have breakfast. I hope they bring the breakfast in the coffee place since it looked good.

The rooms are very big. You get a tea set and a Nespresso machine in the room. It's quite well located, near some metro stations. The staff is very friendly and speak good English.

Only one thing! They had a motion sensor light near the bathroom that lit up the room when you got up to use the bathroom at night!

This hotel has a beautiful Japanese esthetic. We found some very good restaurants within a short walk. One was Spanish - yes Spanish and delicious. and one was yakitori and booked up every night! so I guess it is really good. The breakfast is served in your room and is wonderful! There is a choice of western or Japanese and we chose Japanese. We were there 3 mornings and they were different and delicious for all three!

Breakfast is only in the room and few pieces and repetitive, also scrambled egg came cold most of the days. Need to walk about 30 min to main attractions or take a taxi.

Clean hotel, good room. Nespresso vertuo machine and kettle for tea in the room. Good neighbourhood.
