We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Breakfast at the cafe was very good and it seemed like a very popular location for locals as it was always booked for functions after breakfast.

Location and breakfast. Room tv had Netflix and YouTube which was good entertainment. Staff allowed about 20 minutes earlier check-in which by Japanese standards this was already very good- rest of hotels in japan have been very strict with checkin only at 3pm sharp

United StatesThe moderate sized room was still very small by western standards. The bathroom was rather basic as well. But regardless, this is a great location with brand new rooms and amenities. Breakfast is expensive but there are hundreds of options nearby.
Location is everything. You cannot get more central and the value is good. Just pay attention to the square footage in the description. It was quiet and clean and beautiful. We had no issues other than the size of the room.

They had an iron in the room. the best feature was the TV where you could just connect to NETFLIX, Prime using your account and watch your show. Location is great few mins walk from station. Bus stop also nearby. overall its was a value for money and comfort. they did gave discount on dinner and breakfast, however i didn't use them

CanadaSlight locker room smell from the bathroom floor drain was noticeable.
Central location right at the train station was important for us. We caught a bus at the nearby station for our day trip. The train and subway access saved us time as we were sightseeing on foot mostly. There are 2 floors of diverse restaurants just below the hotel levels and we ate there several times rather than go searching after a long day. The room was slightly bigger than the ones we stayed in Tokyo. The settee at the widow and small desk were nice.
