Excellent, staff, room, bed, shower/tub, wifi, room service and great breakfast buffet with western choices also. Within a few meters to local trains and bullet train. Convenience stores and resturants are very close too. Beautiful view of park out the window. We had a wonderful 4 night stay and highly recommend staying here for your time in Nagoya.

Bed was a little too firm for my old bones.

A very upscale kind of place! I was treated like royalty by all staff members who were unfailingly kind and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable. Location was one stop away from Nagoya station so it was easy to get around. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of food.

Hotel is in convenient location for the train. Staff were exceptional. Every time we walked in, the would bow and acknowledge us, would call the elevator, pre-empt that we wanted to book in etc. Room was exactly what we booked. Comfortable beds.

Nice hotel with a luxurious lobby , spacious and comfortable room, and helpful staff. There is also a park in front of the hotel . Easily accessible by public transport ; city bus C-758 , and a short walking distance to Fushimi subway station.

Room is spacious and price is reasonable. Situated in between Nagoya Station and Sakae, therefore not too far from either area. There is a washing machine in my room.

The underground carpark space remains tight.

Although it is not a new hotel, it is still very well maintained and can appreciate why Nagoya Kanko Hotel remains popular, especially for local in the know and proximity to the business district.

We loved the customer service, very friendly and helpful staff. The language barrier was there at times, but we always managed communicate what we needed and they were able to assist. We also loved the layout of the room and the view. It was a wonderful experience. They happily kept our bags after checkout for a few hours, so we could explore a bit more before our departure.

Everything - the staff ( from check in to the bellhops to the cleaners to the restaurants personell - all were so helpful and obliging - could not fault them. The room was big and so comfortable, the breakfast was great and i took advantage of room service and the food fabulous. Would stay here again in a heartbeat

The staff were quite helpful and I was quite amazed at their service. We registered early and left for Legoland. When we returned at night to check in, they know who I was even though I haven't given my name. The staff showed me my booking, I said yes, then they gave us our key. I felt so relaxed in the room. The view of the park was nice as well. When we checked out the following day, they helped and guided us for the airport limousine bus. I loved the location too! It was right in front of the bus station for the airport limousine bus. The hotel was also near a train station. It was also near the Nagoya City Science Museum, Art Museum and Electricity Museum. We hope to return next year and stay here again.

Lack of laundry and microwave, but then again, this hotel is not designed for budget travelers.

Location is impeccable. Free parking is huge plus. Staff are very professional and well trained. Facility is old, but still a top notch hotel.
