Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsIt is pretty expensive per night, but it makes sense. I definitely don't regret spending a night here and I might come back at some point!
The view is amazing. Somehow I missed that all rooms start at the 32nd floor. So regardless of which room you book, the view will be insane. I chose a station view room and didn't regret it. It was awesome to enjoy the view of the city at night. The room is very big and it has everything. The bath is full size, so I could comfortably use it despite being tall.

Quiet location but convenient to have a train station on the Aonomi Line directly connected to the hotel. New , clean & modern facilities. Very helpful & efficient staff . Wouldn’t mind staying here again if I return to Nagoya. Perfect for families heading for Legoland as there is a direct train. Fantastic views of the city .

This hotel is HUGE! It stands tall in the sky, which provides absolutely amazing views, both in the day and at night (especially at night). The staff went above and beyond to assist us with our luggage, and made sure to have it taken to our room for us, as we arrived before check-in time. The lobby to the hotel is extravagant, which makes the arrival experience quite special. The room itself was very nice, and extended amazing views over the cityscape.
