Facilities start to be old, but they are still functional. I was in the smoking section and some better aspirators would improve much the experience.

Good budget hotel in the central area of Sapporo, near to everything! The room was clean, I didn't try the breakfast so I cannot comment.

The price seemed excessive… post Covid? Although the receptionist was kind enough to offer me a larger room which made me happy

The only slight downside for this hotel is the fact that you are asked to turn your hotel key to the front desk each time that you go our and collect it upon your return. However, it is not too big of an inconvenience and the staff are quick to return your key to you. Also, it seems that you have to collect your breakfast ticket for the next day from the front desk each day and are not able to collect them all at once for the duration of your stay.

The Nest Hotel is located in a great area of Sapporo making it possible to see a lot of the famous sites on foot including things like the clock tower and the TV tower, which are both close by. It is not far from the station and is an easy enough walk even with luggage which we appreciated. Our room was on the smaller side with the bed and the desk being relatively close to one another but was comfortable nonetheless, even with two people sharing the space. There is a laundry room available in the hotel however it tends to be busy and the dryers take a couple of times running to truly dry clothes. The thing that we really came to love during our stay was the breakfast buffet which was included in the price. There were so many dishes to choose from! As long as you like Japanese food it is incredible, though eggs and sausages are available as well for those who do not. It felt like a great deal compared to trying to buy breakfast out in the city.

If its possible to add more lighting options like have more than one adjustable light. Other than that, I was very well satisfied. Possibly mount the tv to the wall. That can be an idea.

The room layout was great, it had a comfortable bed and the bathroom was simple and great. The staff cleaned very well, they were nice and patient.

I reserved on May 12, 2023, The Hollywood room for 3 people, Non-smoking, but Not have daily cleaning total 3 night June 17 - 20, 2023. I must pay 48680 yen. I changed some option on May 14, 2023, for daily cleaning the room the price add to 57000 yen. Booking.com charged to my VISA card on June 8, 2023. When I go to Nest Hotel Sapporo at June 18, 2023 because I missed the last rapid train from Hakodate, That is my fault. I checked in and rest on the Hotel two night. Not have a Daily cleaning from maid Why? I add to upgrade for daily cleaning and pay more 7000 yen. Why not have daily cleaning, please tell me.

The place kinda old, just some part that had been renovated, good for quick stay but not for long
