- located right at the corner of a busy road, you can hear all the traffic even when the window is closed. - the bed for the 2ppl room was really small (130cm I guess.. if it’s not smaller.) first impression was « did we make a mistake and booked a single room ? ». - only 2 washmachine, always busy except late at night or during the daytime.. it means, you stay at the hotel during the day or stay up late in night if you hope to use it

having to negotiate bedding for the 5th person was a hassle. We found this in another hotel as well - Top tip: do confirm if you're getting a family room(s) with a plus one like a sofa bed that bedding is included.

Stayed overnight for a Hiroshima visit and would have been very happy to stay longer. We had a family room for 5 with four beds and a sofa bed. We had to push back on the staff to get them to agree to supply bedding for the sofa bed though. Other than that the location, close to the station, was brilliant, the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great too. Would definitely go back.

There is not really any space for luggage in rooms or any wardrobes to store luggage out of the way, with 2 adults and 3 older children we found we were stepping over our luggage. Again not a lot of space in between beds or to climb up ladders to access bunk beds.

Good location close to Hiroshima station and street car making it easy to get to tourist spots.

Fantastic location next to Hiroshima Station. Great access to the rest of the city. Plenty of food options nearby. Helpful staff manning this beautiful property. Last but not the least, their check in and check out times are amazing - 2PM check in and 11AM check out. I wish this would have been the standard across all hotels. Would definitely stay here if we come back to Hiroshima.

Great hotel. I can't recommend it enough. And I loved that they provided good coffee and bread-type breakfast foods for free in the morning. Super close to the station, and I easily walked to the whole Hiroshima peace site stuff, and the art gallery; granted, I got lazy and took a bus back, my feet were hurting!

They gave a complementary breakfast; small but a nice start. The space on the ground floor had a pleasant clean ambiance with sofas, chairs and tables allowed us to use this space for work, relaxing.. It also had a microwave and we could heat/ eat the takeaway food.

The room only had one very small bedside table, which meant it was very hard to use a laptop with external peripherals. I also found that the hot water was quite unstable and sometimes would pour out some cold water, followed by very hot water for several seconds. The internet here is also WiFi-only, with a shared network for all rooms. This meant that the internet was very slow at times, likely when more people were back in their rooms and trying to use the internet at the same time. There were also no hooks found around the room, which meant I had to try and reuse hangers to hold up towels.

The location was great, being only a few minutes from Hiroshima Station and many streetcar stops. I spent most of my travelling time near Hachobori, and it was always easy to find public transport there if I didn't feel like walking. The staff were extremely helpful and also very good at English! They offer a very competitively priced coin laundry which was actually vacant for most of the time during my stay. This was great for me as I was able to do my laundry whenever I needed. The room itself is quite spacious and the bed was very comfortable! They offer multiple pillows filled with different materials so you can really choose the feel that you want. They also offer two bags of coffee which you can pour yourself.
