The layout of the hotel is a bit confusing on the first day (there's two buildings connected by a corridor passage on the 2F). Onsen facilities change for men and women every day, so make sure you go to the right one. I didn't think any of these things was a problem :)

Staff was incredibly helpful and kind, offered great suggestions and were always there to help us. We enjoyed the Japanese room and the view of the lake and Mt. Fuji, in particular, we loved the chair setting by the window. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious (and different every day). There's a shuttle service that we used after check-out to get to the train station and they lend us umbrellas when the rain was coming.

The view of Mt Fuji from our motel room is just beautiful; to sit and watch the clouds, mist and the reflection in the lake is peaceful, relaxing and beautiful. Breakfast and dinner both excellent. Hotel staff are lovely and very helpful and accomodating. The shuttle to the railway station is a great service also

The hair dryer in both the rooms and bath can be more powerful

A clean, well situated hotel with excellent service and fantastic staff. I was impressed with the check in as the staff took note of my enquiry on laundry service upon booking and directed me to the nearest coin laundry available. He was also very prompt in responding to my request for dinner option request just a few hours before check in. While these were going on, the other helpful and enthusiastic staff were helping my husband with the luggage and directing traffic and making parking arrangements. Reception staff were proactive in suggesting places to visit and giving us discounted tickets and vouchers for our sightseeing. Staff at the restaurant were very attentive to our needs and dedicated in showing us how the different dishes r to be consumed. They even took the trouble to ensure that we have different side dishes daily as we have reserved 3 dinners. The staff at the onsen also taught me how to wear and tie my yukata! In addition, we were greeted by all the staff whereever we go. Was overwhelmed by the excellent service throughout my stay. Congrats to the management for having such a fantastic team! We had a wonderful and enjoyable time there. Highly recommended!

the shower facility of the bath is a bit old. the fruit at dinner is not very fresh.

All staff are very kind and helpful. the counter staff provides discount and very useful info to each place you want to go. they pick us up at train station, and send luggages to the train station the following day when we leave. very good view from the rooms

The facility is slightly old but in saying that it has everything.

A great place right next to the lake. Mt Fuji is right in front of you. Nice service from staff The overall experience is great with a reasonable cost.

Fuji Mountain View from the hotel is very beautiful. You can see Mount Fuji with the lake view directly from the room. Room is very clean and big. The location is convenient and hotel offers pick up from Kawaguchiko station. Hotel staff is very helpful and make us feel super welcoming. Lastly, the hotel offers long hours for nice hot spring from 3pm - 2am; 4am-10am Overall I highly recommend this hotel

Room walls are thin. Hotel was pretty full during our stay and we could hear our neighbours talking and moving about.

Booked the Japanese-Style Room with Mt.Fuji and Lake View, together with Dinner & Breakfast as we want to enjoy the hotel to the fullest. Amazing view from the balcony! Food portion was more than enough and both meals were delicious. All staffs were warm and friendly. Ended the trip with a great photo taken by the staff.
