We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

CanadaSite is overlooking a busy street and expressway. Not a noise problem but hardly a “room with a view”. Breakfast is a little expensive.

Loved the feel of the hotel as we entered, right through to our beautiful room. The staff were helpful and friendly. The public bath was great after a day of travelling and walking: very peaceful. The breakfast was really good with lots of options to choose from.

Room was superb. Breakfast was the best I had in Japan. Staff were very helpful and always engaging with their guests. Had a problem with a whistling noise from the windows which kept me awake my first night, the wonderful staff identified the problem and resolved it immediately and for the rest of my stay I slept perfectly

Ummm… everything?!! If I had to pick a few highlights it would be the fact the room size was incredibly spacious (it was like a little apartment!) the amenities (bath bombs and a 4-step skincare routine?! Spoilt!) and the staff were incredibly polite and welcoming. We’ve moved onto Osaka now and really appreciating how spacious the room was at Nikko Style, we were absolutely spoilt.
