Communication is a barrier when you're lost in Japan. Even with map and Japanese written address, not many people know the place. Even I asked the information counter, they give me wrong direction with the location and address with map

It would be good to give the direction of the hostel. Which direction to go east or west or south exit. Some JR station has so many exit.

We are all in the same room in the end so we can hear each others, especially for morning alarms. Bring your earplugs ! But it was ok with it. Bot my best night Compared to other hotel, we didnt put our luggage in the morning in this hotel.

Not eco-friendly to provide a full bag of new towels set, sleeping wear, paper slipper and tooth brush daily. May consider to provide it in every 2 to 3 days depending on the duration of stay.

Convenient location closed to Hakata Station. Personal lockers are large enough to put sizable luggage.

The hotel entrance is located at the 9th floor, showers and lockers at the 8th floor and capsule rooms at other floors. You need to use the lift since there are no stairs. The shower rooms had a strange smell.

The hotel is near Hakata station, making it easy for Shinkansen day trips. Capsule room was quiet and comfortable. You can get to a balcony from the lounge room, from which you can observe the city. Loungewear is provided every day so there is no need to bring pajamas.

No drinking water provided. No counter for check-in, it’s using a self check-in system, but the machine is a bit crap, can’t successfully register until I did the third time.

Very clean. Female and male floors are separated, feeling very safe. And the sleeping zone is only for sleeping, your luggage and shower rooms are on the other floor, which is an great arrangement, it keeps the sleeping zone very quiet. Everyone has a huge locker, enough for storage.

The lockers are big enough for large suitcases which is very conventient, the beds are clean and comfortable. The lounge has a good atmosphere.

The bed was not very comfortable. It took a while to be able to use the shower/bathroom because of the number of people waiting.

Some people doesn’t realise the no trolley bag on capsule floor policy

The instructions are not enough. The entrance operation panel was not kind enough to understand the system. I struggled to check in as I booked not through the hotel. I didn’t notice that all towels and room wearers are packed in the locker room in a different floor till the next morning. The hotel instruction was found in the locker room. I wanted to have it when I checked in.

Clean and minimal. Very efficiently made hotel in order to minimize human resource.

Is a bit not convenient that you are not allowed to stay in the capsule and locker area after 10am even staying more than 1 nights. Also thr lounge area is really hot during summer, while you can only stay there 10-14.

Riding between floors to take a shower and change clothes or do anything in general was a bit annoying but overall not bad.

Need to have more patrols in dormitories or a way to text the staff to alert them to loud neighbors. Had very disruptive neighbors they were packing and repacking. Eating and just being very inconsiderate. I was too tired to go up three flights to notify the staff.

1. The QR code in the key card is too small 2. The key card is easy to lock in the lock, not really effective of the key card
