No washing/dryer facilities onsite, nearest one is 10 mins walk away. The lockers are a little cramped if you’re trying to organise your bag and/or get ready to leave before 10am daily check out (as everyone else is getting to leave at the same time).

Comfortable beds, great showers and incredibly clean (cleaned daily from 10-2pm). Everything was very well organised, ensuring everything ran smoothly.

Capsule felt a little warm at times, also it got a bit noisy at times as people trickled in late at night, our fault for not asking for earplugs though.

Location was convenient, everything was clean, check in and check out was a breeze. Staff was friendly. Overall for the experience of staying at a capsule hotel it was a good one.

As would be the case with all shared dormitories/hostels, the issue is the noise of the other guests (though most do take care to be quiet). If you are a light sleeper, I would definitely recommend ear plugs, as the snoring can be quite loud. I resorted to listening to white noise from my phone earphones.

This is a brilliant capsule hotel - very well executed in its concept. The facilities and capsules themselves are great - it's very clean and comfortable and it is easy to navigate the different areas. We loved the welcome pack with slippers, pj's and towels.

Nothing really in the lounge instead of a bunch of tables. Would be good if they had like a microwave or a coffee machine, or if they made it a place to hang out and interact.

I liked everything clean. Many restaurant arround. Subway 10 min away by walk. Tran station is just 3 min. by walk. They gave us pajamas and towels everyday.

The pillows in all our pods were awful, truly made the sleep very hard - please invest in some new pillows or bring your own!

The shutters on the capsules are paper which I wasn't aware of so you can hear everything. Luckily I had a quiet night but I can imagine it being annoying if you have a group or you're a light sleeper. Earplugs are recommended.

Not the most comfortable bed or pillow and there was plenty of snoring and farting in the men’s dorms, but that’s to be expected in a hostel so earplugs are a must. While we can’t really complain about the price as we booked it as a novelty, there is better value found in hotels nearby for a couple.

Pretty noisy as it’s right next to the train line- even though we were well above it (hotel is the top floors of the building) I still needed earplugs.

Convenient location, new facilities with that ultra modern 9h feel. (I really love some of their other capsule hotels.) Very large open airy feel, with huge windows so you can see down over the neighbourhood, and the common lounge area is gorgeous. Has all the amenities you need including pjs, and makes for a very comfortable stay.

I thought that the cabins would close somehow, not only be covered by the curtains. The other guests were really quiet and respectful tho, so it didn't affect my stay in a negative way :)

Great location, clean capsules and shared spaces, got a lot of amenities (towels, pyjamas, ear plugs, toothpaste and toothbrush, slippers) so I didn't have to worry, good wifi connection. A great place to stay for a small amount of money. Felt safe as a solo female traveller :)

I didn't like that we all had to leave the bed area at 10:00 AM and until 2:00 PM, so it became a bit inconvenient. Everyone was rushing at the same time, and you had to wait in other areas.

A super friendly team received us, property well maintained and clean, very modern too. Showers and capsules have been maintained in a very clean state. Beds comfortable, you don't feel suffocated eventhough it is a very small space. We only wanted the experience so we only stayed for the night, would definitely recommend staying here

Locker space is limited, and if you bring a suitcase you need to find a place to open it which was tricky.

It was inconvenient that luggage storage was on a separate floor to the gendered sleeping zones. I travelled with my boyfriend and we had shared luggage, so be prepared in advance to take a small bag of belongings to the male/female zones to make it easier.

The pods are private and good for one night. If you are a light sleeper, take earplugs and an eye mask as people are coming and going quietly throughout the night and early morning. Bathroom was practical with free amenities and hairdryers. The showers had a private changing area inside.

There was a small spider in my capsule on the first day. Not a huge issue but I can see how someone could see it as unclean

No drinking water station. Had to buy separately. It was stuffy inside the capsule, a small fan or an air conditioning outlet would have helped.
