    - not a social hotel - smoking area is in room without window and the street area near the hotel are no-smoke zones.

    - Good breakfast - Modern and well equiped rooms - Great view and green neighbourhood - A lot of small descriptive labels on stuff to make it easy for guest to use them - A grocery store and fafe downstairs (independent) - Near walking distance of some attractions - coin-based washing machines

During the day the ongoing sport events around can be quite noisy.

Great location for discovering downtown tokyo. Fascinating view over the baseball stadium.

The location was great! Close to the train station and walkable to Shibuya area. New, modern building. Lobby is located on the 9th floor, with a expansive view looking into the baseball stadium located acriss the street and the city view behind. We stayed 3 nights in a room with a full bed for a couple. Efficient, clean, well designed space that modern abd good value for Tokyo standards. The public bath for each gender was very nice. Vert clean, new and well designed. Staff was helpful and friendly. We did not eat on property so cannot comment on the restaurant. Highly recommebd!

The public bath isn't tattoo friendly, which was a pity and I wish it would've been communicated better. Surprisingly we've seen only tattoo friendly onsen in the small towns and expected the same from such a large urban hotel. Nevertheless, the bath in the room was perfectly fine.

Spacious rooms with great view over the baseball court. The location is excellent, a lot of interesting things in the area.

The bed was dirty on the first day. I had to request for a roller to roll the dust off my bed.

Near-ish to the metro station. The onsen was relatively decent too.

Excellent! The hotel is a straight walk out of exit 2a (stairs only, 2b has escalators) of Gaienmae station (Ginza Line). The reception is on the 9th floor (labeled LB in the elevator) and the rooms are from the 10 floor upwards. I didn't know there was a public bath but I couldn't use it during my stay anyway. It's small but serves it purpose! The rooms are very spacious for Japanese hotels and well organized. The toilet and bath were separate making the bathroom more spacious. I had an East facing room right over one of the stadium and it was excellent. I got to see the sunrise in the morning over the city with my cup of tea and even saw a bit of a college baseball game late in the morning. It seems the southwest(?) facing rooms could give you a view of Mt. Fuji! I got a shock passing by a room during cleaning! There are plenty of convenience stores on the way to the hotel and there seems to be a 7/11 in the narrow streets behind the hotel. If you like long walks, you could even take the main road down to Omotesando and further on to Shibuya station. Water was provided in the room but you have to get amenities from the lobby. The receptionists were very kind and welcoming. I would be happy to stay in the hotel again and even recommend it to others.

With no real closet (has a small area to hang 4 or so items) or drawers, I had to live out of my suitcase. Not a problem for myself but if traveling with someone, a larger room would of definitely been needed.

The location was pretty good, with metro lines going in either direction within 10-15min walk. The rooms was super clean and updated, the water pressure in shower is something I wish I could have taken home. The size of my room was enough for myself.

The pillows were not comfortable. While the location is nice because it's quiet, it's a bit out of the way so if you want quick access to lots of restaurants, shops, etc., you'll need to walk, take a taxi and/or use public transportation.

Spacious room by Japanese standards. Clean facilities. The location is very quiet. Nice view of the baseball stadium. Courteous staff.

As with all hotels in Japan (from my experience), the breakfast options are somewhat lacking, in my opinion. For what you pay it's not worth it to have breakfast in the hotel, you're better off finding a nearby kissaten or something like that.

Very friendly and helpful staff. all English speaking. I had a problem with some strange humming coming seemingly from a large machine somewhere in the hotel, that prevented me from sleeping well the first night. They said they would investigate it, and I don't know what they did but for the rest of the stay the noise was gone! Amazing professional service, very much appreciated. The room was small but not cramped with a nice, firm bed, clean sheets, a clean bathroom with high-tech washlet :) And a small refrigerator in the room, which was essential for me. Location was also perfect! In a quiet, spacious area of Tokyo, next to the stadium that you can take a nice morning walk around. And close to the metro system, and walking distance from at least 2convenience stores. Next time I will definitely book again in this area of Tokyo.

When asking the staff, they have to ask the senior, maybe the front manager. How he answered is not ok. He is the one that took 2 points out of the hotel rate..

Easy To access The Public transportation and The facility is good. Most of the staff are very helpful.

The staff were very professional and accommodating. Ueno-San in particular was extremely helpful :) There is a convenience store on the first floor. Great amenities. There is a floor dedicated to a public bath which is nice to come back to after a long day of sightseeing. I would definitely return to this hotel the next time I’m in Japan.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property. Although I was a little confused when I first arrived and I couldn’t find or see the reception area as it was located on the 9th floor. It’s the first time I’ve ever seen that

I liked everything about the property. No complaints at all.
