Some storage space, like drawers or even a cupboard would have helped.

Breakfast was varied, healthy and delicious. We especially appreciated the location across from the baseball stadium and near other sports facilities. We both liked the public hot baths in our floor.

We walked from the train station (850m) to the hotel and walked to Harajuku and Shibuya (about 1.4 to 2 kms), didn't bother us too much but would have been better if it was a bit closer to these suburbs.

Very modern hotel and rooms, impeccably clean, close to the Olympic Stadiums and National Garden, nice view of the Baseball Stadium, a quiet area. Staff were very accommodating, friendly and helpful.

Unbelievably friendly staff who genuinely looked after me. There is no way in the world I would have got this level of care anywhere else. They really went beyond anything reasonable. If you're a fan of baseball you'll get amazing views of the game from the reception.

Excellent hotel. Affordable price but luxury atmosphere. Beautiful view of stadiums, the beautiful green trees, and high-rise buildings from the room. Clean and modern hotel. The pleasant aroma on the reception floor. Spacious room compared to the standard of Japanese hotel room size.

The wonderful location and the view from my room! It is also a few minutes away from the subway (Ginza Line) so it's really convenient!

The big issue was the smell of the room. The sticky smell made me have a headache. I tried to ask them to change the room for us. They were nice to take us to another room. Same smell. We decided to keep the original room. We opened the window vent and had air conditioning and humidity running. The situation got better.

The location is convenient. It is close to parks and subway stations. The view of the baseball stadium was nice. They also have a Japanese-style public bath if you want to experience it. We were not interested. The room was big compared to our last hotel in Tokyo. Three single beds can be moved together to make a huge bed that fits everyone (two adults and two children [2.5 and 6.5 years old]).

The hotel charged us more than booking.com quoted as they said that there was additional taxes by the state of Japan. The room was small and the bathtub did not work properly as the shower device could not be stabilized and kept moving. The air conditioning unit did not seem to work but we used the room humidifier to cool the room. There wasn’t any English stations on the tv and we didn’t find any instructions in the room to tell us how to use the tv. This was our last night in Japan after traveling for 2 weeks and it was tge most disappointing of all the hotels that we stayed at.

Very very expensive for what was offered. Small room, not many extras like toiletries. Breakfast not included. No room service that we could find. $420 Australian dollars, I’d have expected so much more. Disappointing!

Great staff, clean and contemporary hotels. Location was pretty and great if you are a sporting fan. Very clean.

for the price this hotel is not worth it. you have to take ur own bathroom utilities from reception which is a headache. Staff are not as welcoming or friendly. internet is quite slow.

I booked 3 rooms and requested to have these rooms close to each other and they swiftly accepted my request but to my surprise, my babysitter's room is a bit far from our room which makes me unhappy and they only tell me about it when we checked in and they said we have a room nearly but I have to.pay 4,000 yen additional charge.

Their staff can converse in English.
