The WiFi wasn’t great in the room.

Firstly, they were happy to receive my skis in the post and they were ready in the foyer of the property when I arrived. Skis and boots were all kept in the foyer or near the entrance which made access really easy! The room was very comfortable and clean, and the bath was lovely. Breakfast was a nice simple buffet with western options. The owners were helpful and the atmosphere was cosy and very family friendly. The hotel is walkable to the Annupuri lift and buses around the area.

Remember to ask the owners to have dinner in advance (at least the day before) to be sure to have it. They have a few seats for dinner and it is usually full.

The location is optimal, only five minutes walk from the slopes. Also, the owners - a local couple- were very nice and welcoming preparing the food (both breakfast and dinner).

The breakfast is superb, with bread, fruits, and drinks, plus a breakfast plate different from day to day. And the kind owner took us and our luggage to our station at the day checkout.

45 minute bus ride to/from the welcome center, wish it was a little closer to town (I went into town more than expected) but perfect if you are planning on skiing alot close by

Fantastic staff! Very nice and friendly owner. Rooms are small but very clean and have everything you need. Very quiet and peaceful. Within walking distance to the ski slopes and onsen. Absolutely loved the place.

Walls were thin so you hear people walking outside but guests were quiet and slept early when we were there so not a huge problem. It would be great if owners had a fact sheet for common questions for skiers as whenever I asked, the response was ‘please Google’ which was not helpful. Breakfast starts 7:45 so too late to catch the 8:03 shuttle. Next shuttle is 9:03. Could consider starting breakfast earlier or putting out the uncooked items we could just grab and go. Dinner is strictly at 6pm, so too early for night skiers. Better if there was the flexibility for dinner at 7pm

Lovely comfortable, short walk to gondola station. A little longer walk to Nook for shuttle bus. For airport transfer, try to take the Chuo bus to drop off at Nook instead of Northern Resort which is further up the hill (although they kindly dropped us off there when we departed). Great breakfast, nice people running the place. There is one shower and one bathroom with 3 shower heads onsen style.

-Parking was a little hard during winter (not enough space) because the big lot houses multiple inns and we weren’t sure which side to park our car. Some parts of the frontage of the inn were piled with snow. -We were in a twin room and the beds were way too soft (felt like it had no support) -It was hard to control the heater, it’s either you turn it on and it gets too hot (we set it at 20c but it shoots up to 26c) or you just leave it off and rely on your blanket which is pretty thick.

Nice entrance /cafe area, check in was super easy, very friendly staff. Good quality western breakfast (a plate of cook as you order eggs and meat) + mini buffet bread/cereal/fruits area. Ample space available for your ski/snowboard equipment. There’s a couch in the room. 2 shared bathrooms (instead of 1 in some inns). Awesome location for winter sports as it’s just a few minutes walk or drive away from Annapuri (note that there aren’t that many restaurants nearby and it’s easier if you have a car).

The house slippers provided were not comfortable. Traction was not good while wearing them and different sizes are needed for guests to accommodate larger/smaller feet.

The facilities were kept very clean and all necessities provided with care. The New Year breakfast was exceptional and provided a great cultural experience. The host was always helpful and interacting with the guests to make sure they have everything they need and questions are answered.

We can't really think of any complaints. The only regret we had is that we didn't order another dinner at the pension as it was so delicious.

Everything about Niseko Pension Bellary was exceptional and we would definitely go back if we visit the Annupuri area again. We were a group of 7 with a five year-old and arrived in the evening with the Airport bus, which dropped us off at a different hotel close to Pension Bellary. It was only a 10 min. walk to the pension but because it was very cold and the roads were covered in thick snow, it was very difficult to carry all of our suitcases. I made a call to the pension and they came to our rescue in 10 minutes, transporting all of our luggage and two members of the group by car. Breakfast was great, with a lot of options and different kinds of eggs everyday. The pension is only a few minutes away from the Annupuri ski resort so the location is excellent. We ordered dinner at the pension for one night and it was the culinary highlight of our trip in Niseko! There is no set menu, but for around 3500 JPY/person we had a meal with multiple courses of fish and beef, all cooked to perfection! Whenever we had any requests or questions, the owner was always happy to help. The child in our group even asked for a carrot for a snowman and the owner immediately brought us two! The rooms were very warm and cozy and the shared areas clean. We celebrated Christmas at their beautiful common room and were very happy with our stay. Thank you!

This is a wonderful pension right at the base of the Niseko Annupuri ski area. The owners are very kind even if their english is a bit limited.

The creaky corridor and noisy opening room doors were noticeable.

They have many smart heater in the room that will automatically adjust the temperatures. The room is really big, with to closets and a big bath.
