I would like to have a bath (not only shower), maybe upgrade next time. I also trying to register for membership but some reason my phone just doesn’t show up, the front desk staff not very helpful.

The location was good connected with train or bus stations near by. The staff is really friendly and I had no problem communicating in english. I booked breakfast on site for one day and it was really delicious with a good selection on food and drinks. You can get coffee for free throughout the whole day. The rooms are very spacey and bright with big windows and a beautiful view. The rooms are clean and decorated very beautiful. All in all I felt really comfortable in the hotel and can definitely recommend. For this price it’s absolute unbeatable.

The hotel did not offer any coffee facilities early in the morning unless you had scheduled to have breakfast there.

This hotel was in a good location close to train stations and walking distance of many attractions in Kyoto. The front desk staff were excellent and spoke very good English. The hotel was clean very stylish.

It's free coffee and water on the ground floor all the time, except when there's breakfast. So people that haven't booked breakfast can't have a coffee. There's only one washing machine and one dryer in the laundry. They need to get more, as there was quite a queue waiting to use them, late on into the night.

The hotel is very close to Teramachi-dori the main street market, as well as to the underground system.

The cooling switches off at night and the laundry facility is limited, the dryer is horrible so best to go to the one 600 meters away.

We booked a twin bed and that gave us space to keep our two big bags. The bathroom was spacious and modern. The hotel is close to Kyoto Shiyakusho-mae station, 7/11, family mart and Gion.

A little bit of dust in the humidifier and AC. Other than that, everything was very clean.

Amazing staff. Had an issue and they straight away helped me with it. They have a 500¥ voucher to spend in kombini if you skip housekeeping. Modern facilities with comfortable beds and very good shower.

The wardrobe was a little small.

The studio was spacious and had all required appliances. Stayed for 6 nights and was travelling with my 1 yr old kid so they arranged a cot as per my request. The location was pretty convenient and a few minutes walk to all subways and bus stops. The staff was helpful and proactive in their service.

1. There are not enough washing machines and dryers and there is often a line to get the clothes cleaned.

The staff made things a bit complicated since we had to check 11 people in. I believe I was asked about the room pairings but I had to do it numerous times. The wifi passports were mixed up since we weren’t really asked if we want specific room numbers, but in the end we managed and enjoyed the rooms. One small detail, I would have liked it if the curtains were able to block more sun. It’s a bit bright in the morning.

Beautiful rooms, beautiful quiet neighbourhood. Every facility works well in pristine condition.
