The hotel was in a great location, and there were lots of things to see and places to eat within walking distance. The room was clean and spacious, and the views were amazing. This hotel exceeded my expectations. I will definitely stay here again.

Can't think of anything negative. There is a bus to Haneda International Airport a block away but it runs only once every hour. Take a cab instead for about 8000 yen, about $60.

Well-equipped room with washing machine/dryer, kitchenette, even a rice cooker. The 51st floor where I stayed had a limited view when compared to the three-bedroom suite that I toured where I want to stay next with my family. There is a supermarket downstairs and several restaurants. I loved Jean-Francois, the French bakery on the first floor. The Minatomirai line nearby takes you to the center of Tokyo in 30-40 minutes on the express. My stay was 10 days. I could have stayed for a month. There is one floor, 46th, where non-residents are allowed to experience the panoramic view of this modern port city and Mount Fuji on a clear day.

Hard to find something to nitpick...perhaps a slightly wider bathtub but that's only because we enjoyed other properties with deeper furo type tubs. Rates are also on the high end.

Views can't be beat. Location is excellent and metro is a step away. Kitchen amenities and washer/dryer make for a perfect relaxing extended stay. Staff are accommodating without being obtrusive. Supermarket and bakery downstairs are an added plus.

Apartment was beautifully furbished with all amenities. Staff helpful and professional. Reasonable level of English spoken. Provided own meals for much of the stay using the kitchen facilities, and excellent commodity resources close by.

It has everything that a traveller would need in kitchen and washroom. The kitchen part is amazing and all utilities are good quality which makes you feel like at home . Staffs are helpful and professional. Maliki san helped me to arrange for the luggage delivery to my next destination with Yamato (the company that do courier services in Japan) and got someone to solve my luggage lock issue. I feel safe and relax when I stay in Oakwood.

The entrance was not easy to find when I came by taxi from Haneda airport, the driver could not find it, even tourning twice around the hotel, then finally he left us outside far from the entrance even it was rainning... Later I found the entrance for the taxi was under graund, but it was not well marked from the outside. I hope it will change to make it better and easy to find the direction. Thank you

It was very nice located in Yokohama, the room was very large for two, for work and stay. I asked hotel that my family will visit us, then they find the connecting rooms. My family were very happy about it. Thank you very much. We enjoyed the stay in the hotel very much. Everything was clean and well organised, kitchin was well equipped, and nice super marcket was just under the hotel, easy to find food and drinks, too!

Expensive ,but that's what the price you pay for the best views and location

Great location, very clean, all the facilities you can think of. All rooms are on the top 5 levels of the building so there are great views of Yokohama city, the bay, ferris wheel, Yokohama Stadium etc. Has restaurants, supermarket, and subway right on ground level.

Rooms were very large and the view of the skyline was very cool. This had the best hotel gym I've been to and I was thoroughly impressed with the machines and dumbbells that were provided. The area is also very nice, close to the subway and main station.
