Bathrooms were outdated and could use an upgrade. Food in the restaurants were mainly made to look good but didnt taste great.

The spa (they charge extra) is amazing. It was a little confusing that it was extra charge as the onsen is included, but when you’re at the Spa area, it’s amazing. Super modern and clean.

Carpet looked very old, It ruined the whole look of the room. The spa area on the 4th floor was for additional price and children are not allowed, what I didn’t know before booking.

Access to the hotel is a bit far to walk from the closest train station. It is a few minutes to the nearest local bus stop/station. Would need to use either your own car, taxi, or bus.

Great location. Near the beach. Outstanding staff. Best part was the Onsen.

Unfortunately, we couldn’t book massages as it was fully booked. The Onsen facility was only for 12 years and above.

Lovely hotel. The room can be small and a bit outdated but staff was so kind and very helpful. The breakfast was amazing. A lot of choices. The outside pool within the hotel was nice although it was raining on the day.

- no washer and dryer despite for long travelers - can hear next room flush toilette - pillow and bed too soft - no satellite TV channels ( no English channels) - fitness center closed too early at 9pm

-hygiene and clean in room everyday even for the slipper -public bath with indoor and outdoor onsen -outdoor Thermo pool, jacuzzi, sauna. - balcony - staff always keep smile on their face - parking lot

Nothing at all, but unfortunately because of the bad weather, we didn't had the chance to enjoy the infinity warm ool , and the outdoor jacuzzi. We really came there for it, but it didn't happened, that's the saddest thing.

The staff are really nice and the hotel management they approved our check in earlier that we expected, and also they extended out check out for an hour because of my headache and it was all for free., the hotel was very considerate and friendly. The foods are great specially the dinner buffet and the breakfast was delicious. The room was spacious and amazing view , and very comfortable beds. They also added pillows in our room in our request . Thank you so much for all the staffs of Oisoh , for a job well done❤️

The breakfast is awfully overpriced, there was only one type of (lukewarm...) coffee, no espresso or latte or anything. Juice selection and bread selection were also very poor. The worst thing was the pool access system. You cannot pay or book in advance at the front desk, you need to go and QUEUE (!) for 30min to 45min when the pools open so that you can buy your entrance ticket... This is a huge waste of time especially when you go with children.

The dinner buffet was really worth it, the rooms were very clean and staff were helpful and smiling. The pools were the main reason why we chose to go there, and we were not disappointed as the children had a total blast!

It´s necessary to book in advance in order to eat at any of the restaurants in the hotel. Convenience store and a ramen restaurant nearby require some walking up and down a hill.

Spa and infinity pool are the main attraction here, providing a great experience and fabulous views, it´s a very enjoyable area. I have read reviews complaining about lack of information in English at the hotel but that was not the case for us. Staff at reception was very attentive and we got all the information we needed. Beds are comfortable enough, wifi worked fine, there are vending machines in all floors and everything was fine. This was the second time to visit and will surely be back in the future.

the bar at the Rooftop had apparently “sold out” out of all alcoholic beverages…. very poor considering they literally order some from the restaurant downstairs or get from a supplier. the bar was not even a bar…. this was the only disappointment. no music or much of an atmosphere either but amazing facilities and views

Very inconvenient when you are on a robe then you forget something inside your room , and you still need to change for pajamas. Then change again on bathing suits to 4th floor. I think it's a waste of time for customers who are staying at your hotel.

I love the jacuzzi and infinity pool outdoor on the 3rd floor . And the foods are great

The room wear (pajamas) are way to small for tall / large people. I called the desk expecting them to bring another size, but they said they only have tiny Japanese people size. (not good fit for foreigners with broader shoulders)

The hot pool is amazing!!! great to experience both day and night, sun rise and sunset!! An unforgettable experience.
