Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

My husband & I enjoyed everything here. It was located not far from town, it is more convenient if you rented a car here if stay at this ryokan. It is spacious for a small family of 3 like us and the private onsen is a bonus, you can choose to soak in anytime u want.

SingaporeHowever the bath area was very cold during winter, and we had to rush out shower. Also shampoo and soap was not provided in one of our room, but luckily staff was contactable via phone(our own). Location is quite far from Yufuin town, need to drive.
Very spacious room with private onsen. Suitable for families as they have double bed and tatami area for futons setup. Separate toilet and bath, and even changing area attached to the private onsen, which feels like going to a sento. Onsen facing a small private garden, which will be nice if it wasnt too cold to soak.

Taiwan1. The boss leaves work at 18:00, so be there before that time. Also, because he will pick up people at the station, there is a possibility that you will not find them when you arrive at the station. But if you always arrive before 18:00, there is no problem. 2. The road to the station is super dark at night.

The private soup is superb, you can stretch your feet straight and the water temperature is moderate. 3. Private yard with maple tree and beautiful plants at the entrance. 4. The air conditioning is very comfortable 5. Boss can pick you up at the station if you let him know. 6. Super friendly owner.

Very spacious room that comes with its own private onsen. The location is outside of Yufuin however it is still worth considering given the room price versus other hotels. If possible, you could arrange with the owner to pick you up from Yufuin
