Absolutely loved the location, and that it is located on a quiet side street. Close to large transport dubs, and also within walking distance of Nijo-jo castle and a few other Kyoto attractions.

Everything, the room is clean and comfy. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly (speaks good English too). Walking distance to bus stops, train stations & various food places. Also really near to a 7eleven but from my experience, the staff there were very rude, so I rather walk to the Family mart further away.

Nothing that they can really change but the bathrooms were very small and not much storage space. Although one good element to note is that they have space under the bed which was perfect for our luggage!

The staff and the general facilities were really great! We were in Japan for our honeymoon and the staff had prepared some cute deco which made us really happy! The location was ideal for us with of course 7/11, family marts around and also buses, metro stops at just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. The location was quiet too so we were happy :) There was a little desk which was perfect as I had to work for a couple of evenings. Also the washing mashing and tumble drier were a great plus (you do need to pay yourself)!

The room, like everywhere in Japan, was very small with little space to open suitcases and hang clothes. This is why I rated it low on value for money.

Clean, modern hotel with all the required basics. The coin operated laundry was a nice feature. It was central to most things.

Excellent hotel in a great location. At a 4-minute walk, there is a main bus station and at a 5-minute walk, there is a metro station. With the bus and metro stations you can reach the city center in 10 minutes. The hotel does not have a breakfast option, but there is a refrigerator in the room, so you can buy food at the supermarket and keep it in the refrigerator or walk to a coffee store that is located 4 minutes from the hotel. The hotel is quiet, you don't hear the noise between the rooms, the hotel staff is lovely and helps with anything you need. There is an option to keep belongings in the lobby. We took an 18 square meter room and it was excellent. A clean hotel, the room is fully cleaned once every three days, and towels are changed and the trash is emptied every day. We stayed at the hotel for a week and the price was excellent. Highly recommended!

There is no breakfast available, but there are coffee places nearby so this was not an issue.

Very confortable hotel, we stayed in a three bed room and even smaller bed was fine. The hotel was clean, the staff were kind and the decoration at the entrance was modern. The location is good with proximity (2-3 min walk) to bus stops, subway and tram so you can have easy access to different sight seeing places.

The pillows and bed are very uncomfortable unfortunately. However this wouldn’t mean I wouldn’t choose this hotel, just bring your own pillow perhaps ;)

Lovely staff, spacious room, very clean and large bathtub! There’s Netflix on the TV and youtube, and coin operated washing machines.

Everything was great!

Very nice staff! The hotel is a little bit away from the main sites but easily walkable and there is a train station very close by. I walked everywhere and also rented bikes from the nearby rental place. The hotel is on a very quiet street but there are restaurants and shops and supermarkets surrounding it. The room was small but very comfortable and quiet. I slept really well here. Main train station is a 30 mimute walk away and Gion around 15 minutes. But this is not a problem as the streets of Kyoto are so beautiful - it is a pleasure to stroll through them and see what you can find. The hotel was great value for money and I would stay here again.
