There wasn't anything in particular that we did not like. My one comment relates to the breakfast. With regards to this and as more and more overseas visitors are travelling to Japan, it would be good if the hotel could consider expanding the variety of breakfast options. Eating the local food for breakfast can at times, feel quite challenging.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel which was close to the train station and in a great location for access to transport services. Our room was lovely and we had everything we needed. The staff on reception were welcoming and polite at all times.

I never got to enjoy the restaurant because they were closed the days I stayed there--so I had to eat Lawson for breakfast which is always okay, but I wanted a nice experience all around. There is no room service, but there is a convenience store and a fridge was in the room. So nothing really to complain about.

The bed was so comfy, clean, and had the extra pillows I requested and I enjoyed relaxing and watching a little TV, but mostly relaxed happily and read my book. The bathroom was AMAZING. I enjoyed the beautiful shower room. The staff was kind. I was intrigued by the little robot cleaning the carpets in the walkways. That was cool. It's the little things.

Nothing - would happily stay here again. Travellers should expect that Japanese hotel rooms are small. There is not much space or room for more than one suitcase.

Excellent location, next to JR Nara Station in central Nara City. Near to cafes, restaurants and convenience stores. Nara’s famous Sanjodori shopping street is just across the road.

Location adjacent to Nara station. You can check in and leave you luggage in the hotel, then start walking to Nara park where all main attractions are. Really great. Around you can find restaurants, souvenir shops, cafes.. The hotel is well equipped, modern and clean.

A very comfortable room, easy to reach from JR Nara station. The breakfast was by far the best we had until now (3 weeks travel in Japan), good qualm and many choices as well for Japanese style as Western style.

Only one issue ...on our second morning, we went for breakfast and were literally herded to the back of the restaurant where a group of Australian tourists were also being seated. We wanted to sit at a table for two by the window as we had done the previous morning but were refused! Absolutely shocked by this attitude so wanted to eat and leave asap. Very very disappointing in an otherwise great hotel. Staff training required for this young man.

Most of the staff at the hotel were friendly and efficient. The room was great and the level of cleanliness was excellent.

I think this is overall in Japan but staff needs to be more guests oriented. We had checked before arrival if there were rooms available (they were) and even like this we couldn’t do an early check-in (we arrived around 12:30).

Modern rooms, very comfortable and right next to the station, which is great if you’re coming with all the suitcases from your previous destinations, also right in front you have the bus stops that will leave you next to the Nara Park. Extensive breakfast but a bit overpriced. (2200¥ per person)

It was right at the station. You can walk to the hotell without un umbrella. There is a lawson conbini in the bottom of the building. There are some resturants at the station but more can be found across the street. Really good bed and pillow. If you used the bath tub, you could watch the TV at the same time. This was a great hotel, the price was very good. We will comeback here again.
