Restroom is a bit small. There is no good restaurant that operates in the morning nearby.

The staff is very friendly. The location is very good as walk 3 minutes from Kawaguchiko station. Nearby has 2 convenient stores. you can see the whole of Mt. Fuji at the front of the hotel if the weather is clear enough.

This was the second time I stayed in this hotel. Very conveniently located, right across Kawaguchiko station. The reception staff do not speak much english but they are very helpful, we managed very well with google translate. The rooms are a bit small but they are clean and well-lit, the beds are comfortable, heating was good. Just basic amenities were available in the toilet. I had requested a room with a view of Mount Fuji and this was such a beautiful experience to open the curtain and see Mount fuji in the morning. It saves a lot of time to be right across the station. Many eateries and convenience stores are available in the vicinity. This place is value for money.

Great location. 2 minutes walk from the station. The room was very clean, they changed the bed sheets daily. I'll stay there again.

The bed was not level, when you lay on one side you tend to slip towards the middle of the bed.

My room is noise, i can hear people from outside. Amenity for bath is limited.

it very near to kawaguchiko station. View from my room is Mt Fuji, so its excellent. Heater is very help full. Tourist information is available. i can put my luggage before check in time. Staff is friendly.

Would have appreciated if they would have provided us the room with view of Mt. Fuji and also would want to have humidifiers in the room. The AC did have multiple functionalities but didn't do much for the dry air in the room.

The staff were kind, room was very clean. Good room for the price you pay. Walking distance of 5mins from Kawaguchiko Station. The hotel also provided a beautiful post card of Mt. Fuji which was very nice of them.

The pillow was a bit hard and too high.

The place is very close to the train & bus station. There's convenient store not too far, and few restaurants nearby. We had room with Mt. Fuji view from our window. Marvelous! The staff were friendly & they tried to accommodate our needs (luggage storage before check in, and ended up letting us check in earlier). There is elevator to access higher floor. The facilities looked old, but kept clean. There were enough amenities, the bed was comfortable.

There was no microwave.

That there was parking and it was very close to a train station and Mt. Fuji. It also had an elevator which was wonderful break for my tired legs after climbing Mt. Fuji.

The location is very convenient. Close to Kawaguchiko bus station. If the weather is good, you can see Mount Fuji clearly from the hotel.

Sound proofing are the best. I can hear next door laughing and alarm.

Location is great just across the train station. Walking distance to many shops, restaurants and convenient store. The staff are really nice and helpful on directions and even when my stomach was unwell he even help me to get Medicine. Room are clean, comfy and spacious. The view of Mount fuji is really good but too bad it was cloudy during my stay. Will stay here again if I'm ever coming back to this area.

Room is small and quite old. My shirt of pajamas is lost after maid cleaning. Not mean be stolen but be not intented together with towels to laundry. I’ve told but nothing to do. Only said our maid didn’t get it.
