Nothing other than the receipts they give you instead of a key. They make you type in a pin to access the room. It’s less convenient than a key but it’s not a big deal.

I didnt like that I only stayed one night. Should have stayed longer.

Location was fantastic. The room was HUGE, did not expect it to be that large or nice. The beds were comfortable and so were the pillows. The bath and shower were absolutely amazing (especially the bath tub). We paid more for a room in tokyo that was maybe a quarter of the size of this room. 10/10 would stay here again. I broke my phone so I unfortunately dont have any photos. But if we stayed in a place like this in Canada it would be a minimum $600CAD a night, if not more.

The location is not the most convenient one. It is at the middle of the two tram station. The walking distance is within 10 minutes from Hiroshima Station. It is easy to walk with around 4 crossing road. Our check out day was rainy day. It was a little inconvenient. There was not plenty of shops and restaurants nearby but not far to find many especially inside Hiroshima station. Next, the road noise is all around the whole night. It’s better but still can hear (racing car at the mid night) if we close all the windows. They have affordable paid room cleaning service but need to notice them a day in advance.

The room size is good enough for a family with two children. (It is quite crowded if occupied by 4 adults). I love the equipments in the room. The microwave oven is marvelous for reheating the food bought from convenience stores. The hair dryer is exceptional. Staffs are helpful and nice. The room is very clean and modern. The bed is comfortable.

Fabulous room with kitchen facilities and amazing bathroom. Beds were great. Location super. Room was huge and there were three of us. Our room was on second floor with direct access to the outside, meaning that you never have to go near reception unless you need to. We only went there to get bath bombs which they sell . This place is really great. We stayed there for two nights and would not hesitate to return.

Arrived to store our bags and our room was ready. So we asked to check in but was asked to pay a fee for early check in. We were only about 1 hr early. Never happened to us before, usually if room is ready we have been able to check in early without a fee. We paid because we had a long commute and wanted to rest. The fee was about 2,000 yen. Only other thing was there wasn’t much natural light. Only 1 window that had a frosted finish and didn’t open much. Was very dark inside the room unless all lights are on.

The room and facilities were super stylish and comfortable. BEST SHOWER EVER!!! The room is really spacious too. Also included a washing machine and cooking facilities. Great lighting that really set a sophisticated mood. Great location about 8 mins from main train station and close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend 😊
