The staff was friendly and the room was clean and big for group of 5. Definitely a must stay when visiting Kyoto.

The location makes it a long walk from the station. Luckily it’s close enough for a cab to be rather cheap. People don’t know the location of the hotel well since it is new so please show the driver the Japanese address in your map app or on the website.

This is one of the best values in terms of luxury and room size in Kyoto. Their location in Hiroshima is what sold us on the brand. The executive suite was amazing with the outdoor bath and a tatami area. We also had a washing machine with a built in dryer. This was key. I will always stay here when I go to Kyoto moving forward. My partner had issues with air purity in Osaka so we moved to the Randor because of the cleanliness and the air filters. Highly recommended. If you opt for one of the bigger rooms, you won’t be disappointed. If you have a larger group you’re staying with, it’s really economical.

Location in apart from center. Sleeping place for child wasn’t be ready (however I write about it), we prepare it by ourselves. Only two sets of towels; however room was booked for three persons.

They would not let us checkin a bit earlier which was a bit of a pain. They asked for 1,500 yen for every hour for early check in which I did not think makes sense. Same thing when we asked for a late checkout.

All are clean with good facilitiesx Rooms are wide with nice bathtubs, quality products. It provides kitchen and free laundry, helping the guests without the need of heavy clothes luggage.

Service was really good

The service and the nice big rooms for Japanese standards. The beds were nice and hard and the bathroom is beautiful with a lot of water features. The service was excellent the girl behind the desk managed to arrange that my sons lost luggage was sent to the hotel, thank you for all the effort phone calls

Can't fault it - however if you like being super central this is a little removed from the hot spots of Kyoto

Really nicely appointed apartment hotel, great size room for a family stay. Little amenities that weren't expected. A little out of the way - but that makes it nice and quiet I suppose. 207 bus links you through Gion to the city centre, or around 20 mins by foot to Kyoto station.

The location wasn’t as strategic as the review. If you have kids and senior citizens, it is not convenient to travel from the station to the hotel.

The staff and things are prepared very well. We can exchange towel and get our necessity items at the lobby. The room is exactly same as the image.

The room was very clean, but still, there was a bad smell in the room (we opened the windows to get rid of it). The receptionists were very nice, but the reception counter was often unattended. The location of the hotel is his biggest disadvantage. It is pretty far away from the metro and most of the buses.

The hotel is modern and comfortable with all the basic amenities. It is also a good value for the price. The room/apartment we reserved (queen suite with hot bath) was very big and actually had 3 separate rooms. The room also had a kitchenette and a washing machine. The hot tube was a nice addition and worked well. The receptionists were very nice, and the check-in process was very smooth.
