Easy check in and check out. The staff is very friendly. Very large room and the bed was very comfortable. Everything was clean.

The supposed king bed was really just two single beds put next to each other so the middle part was really uncomfortable. There is a draft that comes from under the room door so it can get quite cold. The cutleries were only prepared for 3 ppl even though I booked the room for 4. There is no iron board and not enough hangers.

I liked that the room was really spacious where 4 ppl can easily move about. I also like that there was a kitchen for us to cook and we cooked everyday to avoid eating out. The bathroom was huge and the tv was great.

The lobby doesn’t operate 24h, I don’t know if it was off-season thing or usually it’s like this. They responded to our messages even during lobby off-time though and can still accept luggages and postage during off-time. Also I think it’s worth to mention that they don’t clean the rooms during our stay, we had to take out the trash by ourselves to the lobby—might be inefficient if you had to be out during 15.00-22.00.

It’s a very good value and holds a lot of people inside, perfect for my group. The futon is also a nice experience and it was quite comfortable despite the hard surface.

there is no wardrobes in room, only the open space hanger provided which not sufficient for 4 of us during this winter season. where not enough hanger / space for our winter wear.

Location good, lots of convenient store nearby. Very good Jacuzzi in room.

Clean, comfortable beds, good position. Have small kitchenette and nice bath. Window with a view of city below. Wifi and tv, supply of robes, soaps ect.

A lack of service/facilities being offered by the hotel (the front desk doesn't even open till 3pm) and the room size is on the small side. Would have paid more for a better service/value.

Excellent hotel, good and comfortable room with everything you need. Walking distance from Susukino which is an absolute must see by night. This area has amazing restaurants, bars and clubs. Nearest ski option is Bankei which is only 15 minutes by taxi and great for beginners and kids. Convenient location next to Lawson so morning coffee is within reach.

10 mins walk to subway station. It didn’t look far on the map but my actual feeling is far and a bit tiring. Moreover, this hotel is difficult to find if you drive there yourself.

The high tech bathtub is great.

I wish there was complimentary water but not even one bottle of water was provided. However, there is a Lawson's convenience store about a 2 min walk away so there was no problem in finding and getting water.

The value for the price is excellent! Especially for a family or a group of friends as the rooms are all suites and roomier than similar prices hotel rooms. The friendly staff were able to speak enough English, and very helpful with getting taxis. Thank you, ladies and gentlemen! Your service is excellent! There are lots of things close by within walking distance. A highly rated ramen house is Ramen Shingen, which is only a 2 minute walk away! But be prepared for a wait in line as it is very popular so go before opening time in the morning! The action packed Sapporo Station area is also only a 30 minute walk away so Randor is close enough to the best sites but far enough away to be cheaper than other locations.
