We had to get help with the remote to get the ac to work but after that all went well!

Great location, near Kyoto station. (Great for doing day trips.) Excellent service and breakfast buffet was amazing. Umbrellas provided was handy. Very good location near neighbourhood restaurants.

The walls were thin. Also the room was very small, which is to be expected in central Kyoto – and it was still well equipped and comfortable – but it's quite a squeeze for two people with large luggage and therefore perhaps a little overpriced. I suppose you pay for the brilliant location though!

The location is brilliant, just a short walk from Kyoto train station and an excellent AEON mall (complete with restaurants, a supermarket, bookshop, Daiso and Village Vanguard). Check-in and check-out was smooth, the complimentary toiletries were generous and the room was cosy, with a very comfortable bed and great view. As usual when it comes to accommodation in Japan, it was clean, felt safe and was highly convenient. We'd definitely come back again!

Staff did not really speak good english although they were very polite and nice. Room is quite small, but cheap.

Requested for extra blanket and pillow and staff was able to accommodate. Location is very good, very near the train station.

The room is too small for 2 guests. Also not enough hooks/space to hang clothes & towels. The pillow is too flat and uncomfortable.

Its proximity to public transport. The breakfast had a good spread of Japanese cuisine. The room and the common areas in the hotel are clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended for future stays.

This hotel’s location next to the station is a huge bonus. The amenities are average, but personally, I’d rate it higher due to the exceptionally comfortable sleep setting. The pillows and bed are probably the best I’ve experienced in Japan. I had the best sleep on my last day before departing Japan.

The accommodation is behind Kyoto Station. Walk down underground and pass under the station. Walk across the street to the opposite side. There are 7 shops that grill very good meat. Food around the accommodation Good service staff New room, clean The bed is very comfortable to sleep on. Next time I go to Kyoto, I will stay here again.

A very contemporary Japanese style hotel with modern facilities. Rooms are equipped with all things you need even with charger for all type of USB and LAN cable. They also provide Panasonic hair dryer, hair and body shampoo, even skincare! Love the futon blanket and the pillow which I regret to purchasing it 😂 located just 5mins away from JR Kyoto station, making day trips to Osaka, Nara and Kobe super convienient

The room was super tiny but, it's manageable. Laundry can do with an upgrade. The dryers don't do a good job.
