It is a very quiet, spacious, clean, well equipped villa. Comfortable and family friendly . It located next to the flower garden and 1 min walk to the lake. The owner is super nice, helpful. They offer us a ride to a few place since we don’t have a car. We really enjoyed our stay ! Strongly recommend it !

This really exceeded our expectations! Such a lovely, cosy spot in a great location; house was very well insulated and easy to keep warm in winter. There was only 4 of us but could sleep 8, great value even for 4 people. Highly recommend if going to the Fuji area!

We love everything about this place. It’s the perfect place if you wanted to wake up early and catch Fuji-san over kawaguchi lake. Since Oishii park is 5min walk away. But keep in mind it is away from the main touristy area. It would be ideal if you have a car or traveling in larger group since this property is massive! Sleep 8 or more but there was just two of us.

The property manager was very accommodating. We made super last minute booking with minimal research to later found out that this property is not 15 drive from train station but since we arrived so late all the bus has stopped. The property manager allowed us to check in late and was very helpful in giving tips on how to get there after hours (which we took taxi). The property manager even arranged a free ride for us to our next spot when we checked out which was super helpful.

Amazing Villa with Mt Fuji View!!!! We stayed here for 2nights and we did not want to leave! Such a good place to stay for families to relax and roam around Kawaguchiko. Owner and staffs are really nice. We felt really home here. Will definitely be back.

The place was superb. I’ve already put this place in my favorite. The villa was very clean, full furnished with utilities, cozy, spacious, and well designed. The location is closed to the park and souvenir shop. There is a convenient store in the front which we could check in. We wish we could stay more. The hosts were very nice and kind. They offered the pickup and drop-off at Kawaguchiko station. If we have a chance to be there, we absolutely book this property again.

House was really cozy and warm. They have a mini kitchen, and upstairs can fit up to 8 people. Fuji view from inside - both downstairs and upstairs. Shower is lovely too. We lost a small bag on the bus and they were extremely helpful in helping us. They were so lovely! We managed to get our items back ❤️

One thing to improve is to convert the wall (upstairs) facing to Mt Fuji to convert with windows.

I love the fact that it’s a very very short walk towards Lake Kawaguchiko. Lots of amenities within the property that you can easily buy food from the minimarket opposite (same owners) and microwave it. Only one downside, if you do not drive, it might be a challenge. But the property does offer a shuttle bus to the nearest train station.

We love everything about this place. They offer van pick-up and drop off from Kawaguchiko station to the villa. The Villa was so cozy, comfortable, good location - very near the bus stop and 3-5mins walk to Oishi park where you can see perfect view of Kawaguchiko lake and Mt. Fuji. The couple who owns the place is very nice, kind and accommodating to our requirements. It was sad though that we didn’t get to enjoy the villa as we booked for an overnight stay only and mostly out of the house. Will definitely go back to this place and book for more days. Highly recommended!

The sofas in the living room are not in good condition, as well as the cushions. The plates are not enough for guests over 3 person. And there’s no fruit knife if you are planning to have some fruits when back to the villa.

Super spacious and super clean with open kitchen and toilet! Facilities, cleaning detergents and culinary tableware are well equipped. The spacious room are very comfortable for friends spending nighttime with activities together. I like the mirror and make up lights outside the bathroom. Easy to find and the location is relative convenient to reach supermarket. The overall price was quite reasonable and the second floor has a nice view of Fujiyama!

The parking space is very rocky. The wifi is extremely poor. We can only connect to the wifi at certain time and be disconnected at night.

The house is nice and spacious. It is just next to the Oishi Park and the location is great. You only need to go to the convenient store to collect the key. Parking is very easy in front of the house.

They don’t clean the room daily, so by the time we left during our 3 days stay, the room was very dirty. A washing machine and provisions to dry clothes could be nice. The nearby convenience store owned by same villa managers is the only shop available nearby. The shop had barely few items, and always looked very empty. Stocking up with more food items would be good.
