Re a previous comment on the nearest convenience stores, or restaurants at least 4km away. There is a Lawsons within a short walk south of the Hotel. Other than that you will have to drive to Motobu. About 4 kms In fact if you stay here you will need a car. Quite easy to drive in Okinawa as the speed limit is 40Kms an hour in most parts and the drivers are not aggressive. Bring your own wine glasses. You have to buy the coffee capsules from reception TV is terrestrial, no Netflix et al…Although we weren’t there to watch TV. The hotel requests that you not wear shoes in the room. No problem with that. It would have been nice to have a seat to sit on to remove your shoes before entering.

The Hotel was situated in convenient location for us. It was about 1 hr 15 Mins drive from Naha. Good size hotel as we did not want to stay in a multi story apartment block. Ample parking at the rear of the property. Other reviews note that the back of the Hotel is not the most pleasant of sights. However the all the rooms overlook the beach and the ocean. The sound of the waves going to sleep is most refreshing. The room (we had two) is a great size for Two people and more than comfortable for four. Though if you had four people with luggage then might be a squeeze as there is no luggage storage. We had a separate dryer and washing machine which was great for us as all the other stays in Japan we had a combined washer/dryer. Cooking equipment was ample. Although bring your own wine glasses (any stay in Japan) as you will not find any. Good size Fridge. Quiet rooms.

The check-in time is very limited (finishing at 19:00). A self-check in can be arranged but it is difficult due to language barrier. We had hiccups with our self-check in, and we were stuck outside our room at nearly 21:00. Thankfully, the staff was responsive through phone, and despite the language barrier, the staff arrived in 20 minutes to help getting us into the room… So despite some complications, the staffs did try their best to help.

Everything was great, although it’s a bit remote, there is bus stop near by and only 10min away on a bus is a little town with shops and restaurants, also from that town you can take direct bus to Naha or from port take a ferry to Naha! Couldn’t recommend this place enough we would definitely come back.

It’s an amazing place to stay! Flat is fully equipped with anything you might need, washing machine and dryer, all kitchen utensils and cooking wear, mop and broom, drying clips etc. Flat was very very comfortable and the view… the view of the sea is unobstructed and just so amazing. Staff are the friendliest and very helpful although don’t speak much English they try to help with anything you might need. They provide kids sand toys and it’s literally on the beach. It’s quite location although close to the road, have parking, lift, tv( although you won’t need it with amazing view through the window). It felt like home and we had a great sleep and amazing breakfast on the beach as well as dinners at the dining table with fascinating views.

The location is slightly far, but with a rental car, that wasn't a problem for us. The toilet paper was a bit too thin (although not sure if that's a common thing in Okinawa as its the same case at another property we stayed).

Fantastic value for money. The room is extremely well-maintained, literally next to the beach and with a great sea-view. We can see that the hosts really put there hearts into running the property as they provide everything that one could possibility think of (e.g. they had free beach toys for us, a folder full of information, kitchen utensils etc). I would definitely stay here again.

Not easy to find even though we had a GPS which did not accept Phone numbers, or name of facility, but managed by using Google maps and luck. Nearest convenience stores, or restaurants at least 4km away.

Nice two bedroom spacious apartment meant for four persons, so plenty of space for two. Nice view right next to the beach overlooking the water. Facilities as advertised with crockery and cutlery. Free parking. Friendly receptionist.

On driving into this property, Do NOT be put off by the appearance out front. I panicked and wondered if I had made a mistake as it looks so run down. It is not representative at all of how nice the place is but it is a slight negative.

The location is great. Lovely little beach right out front, easy to get to by car. The apartment was very well set up for cooking. Great gas stove and grill. Boxed kitchen items gave me peace of mind of cleanliness. Beds were super comfy. Lovely balcony and view. Staff were very helpful, friendly and professional.

The lift is a little stuffy. The beach can be dangerous because of jellyfish. Staff advises us to wear shoes into the water.

considering the price, it’s just not that bad option. had no idea my room was going to be the first floor and I expexted extra bedding or blanket since 3 persons stayed in resort.
