It's a little way from town and the lake so you need to get taxis to do any of the activities on the lake. Would be good if the camp sold BBQ food.

The staff were brilliant. Friendly, helpful and added to the relaxed vibe of the camp. One of the guys working there gave us a much appreciated lift into town.. Absolutely stunning views of Mount Fuji. Comfortable accommodation. Nice little van selling drinks. Liked the honesty bar for drinks when the reception was closed. Incredibly peaceful and relaxing place.

There is a rule where we are not allowed to drive before 7am. This rule is difficult for us as we had wanted to drive out early in the morning to a different location (to view Fuji San) or to check out to drive to Osaka.

Location was superb. Can see Fuji-San from the reception area. The villa that we stayed in was clean and comfy. Very near a beautiful shrine (about 2 minutes walk). So tranquil and had the best sleep.

I really like this hotel for its spectacular view and full filled equipments for a small group or family. There is bathroom, toilett, kichen, BBQ, large balcony viewing to mt Fuji… everything is clean and new, except the heater is out of gas/oil but i dont need it cuz i visited in June. The hotel is nearby the Kawaguchi Asama Shrine in the foot hill and way to the Tenku no tori or the Fuji viewpoint which is very famous and worth to visit around the area. There is bus station in front of Kawaguchi post office after walking 20 mins from the camp then take the bus around 15’ to Kawaguchi station.

I know it’s a common thing in Japan to sleep on mattress on the floor in some places but for me it was a bit thin, luckily we were only 3 people so I was able to double up my mattress.

Great place to go and relax and enjoy some of the best views of Fuji. we stayed there for 3 nights and absolutely loved the place, we used the bbq for breakfast lunch and dinner which was great :) having your meals looking at the amazing view made our stay even more special.

I have new experience with my family here. The house has a wonderful view of Fuji mountain. And has a two Bathrooms and bedrooms. The rooms provided have various 2 types, can stay for 7 people very big house and big kitchen.

The dome tent is amazing! It’s decorated super nicely and it has an amazing view of Mount Fuji. The hammock outside on the private deck is also very comfy. Everything was perfect. A great quiet location to recharge for a few days.

Quite far from konbini if you walk

The serenity of the place - close to nature, and perfect view of Mt. Fuji. The bed is very comfortable, I slept well. The room is clean, spacious, and kitchen wares are provided - plates, spoon and fork, bowls, drinking cups, fridge, butane stove, cookwares. The space outside is also great!

The place was really good. the view was very nice and the place provided lots of facilities such as campfire wood, fire starters, gas stove etc. Toilets and bathroom was really simple and very clean as well. All the toilets were the smart toilets you usually see. The staff was really great too, one of the staff offered to drive me to and from the nearest convenient store which was a good 20min walk away. He even offered to drive us to the station on the last day! Overall it's a very good place to have a nice peaceful retreat away into nature.

The little house had no view from the yard, but more than compensated with the view and lounge at the reception. Ten minute walk to the bus station.

Epic view of the lake and Mt Fuji. Fireplaces for a campfire at night, gas bbq & grill, nice little private Onsen with jacuzzi and tent sauna. Cherry blossoms!

for a camping site and shared bathrooms… the bathrooms were very clean! we stayed in the dome and it was nice, comfy and cozy for our family of 5! it was a windy evening but we were nice and comfy inside! they provide everything you need! kitchenware, pots and pans, stove, dishwashing stuff, grill (has both a grate and griddle type). theres a hammock on the terrace and they also rent out fire pits and sell fire wood! we ended up packing our own ingredients for bbq and grilling and had no issues! we definitely want to come back for a longer period next time! the dome was also a 15 min walk to the popular torri gate up the mountain! that was a plus!!
