Location was a few minutes walk to Kyoto Station where you had access to the metro and a number of bus routes. The room was tidy with comfortable beds and facilities and the breakfast was a highlight.

Good location near Kyoto JR and bus station. You can walk to hotel or can take bus if you do not wish to walk, it is just a stop to reach. Hotel provides welcome Ice cream in the day and at night welcome snacks and beers, juices, sake throughout your stays.

Western breakfasts in Japan can always be better, but I understand how good their Kyoto style Brekky was, and people were loading up..!

Everything was done very professionally, all the staff on the floor offered greetings etc. Brekky was I think great if you are into Kyoto Japanese style. I don’t eat fish so struggle with breakfast at most places, here was okay. Room was larger than expected and new, larger bathroom than normal. Free sweets at 4pm and free drinks and nibbles at 6pm. Great location great service and value for money.

The courtyard at the entrance is very beautiful, check-in is very convenient, and amenities are available in the lobby on the first floor. The room is spacious with a large bed, and there is a small tatami. There are three cleaning modes to choose: regular mode, eco mode and no cleaning, which can be selected through the TV in the room every day. You can enjoy free afternoon tea and free alcohol in the evening. It takes only 5-8 mins to get to JR Kyoto station. so the transportation is convenient. All in all, it was an excellent experience and I would still choose this hotel if I come to Kyoto again next year.

Affordable room rates, clean, centrally located, exquisite decor and great customer service. The buffet breakfast may be considered a bit expensive for some people but the selection and taste more than make up for the price.

It smelled incredible as soon as you walked in, the amenities felt super luxe, there was a range of delicious foods for us to eat at breakfast, the bed was wonderfully comfortable. The shower pressure was great and we loved the bath too

The room is a bit small.

The room is clean and the service is good. The staff were helpful during our stay, The hotel breakfast was good and they offer free afternoon tea and sake drink in the evening. Though there is a bit of walking distance from the Kyoto Station but it will not stop me from coming back here again. Its a nice hotel to stay in Kyoto.
