You have a laundromat that washes and dries. The dry cycle is slow to dry. I discovered looking around the tub to make sure I had everything when it was finished that there was a lot of water below the tub swishing around when I turned the tub. You can't get things bone dry when you have water like that right below the tub. I'd suggest a make that really drains before drying.

I love Richmond. So far each has everything I want and need. I'll add the laundry room has updated machines that are a one-stop event: Excellent!!! Staff goes the extra mile in everything. Location perfect.

I paid it with a company credit card in USD and asked to have the itemized receipt (明細書) at the time of the check-out. The hotel only provides it in USD. It should have been told when we decided on the currency during the check-in. I requested staff to manually input the USD amount for each time at the point of check-out. She got angry at me by saying "Do it yourself". It was unbelievable! Thus, I requested to cancel the transaction in USD for re-paying it in JPY. I found the discrepancy in the amount before putting in my signature, so asked to stop the cancelation. (Paid at $814.83 VS Canceled at $798.56) Because it likely created more trouble related to the company expense policy. However, it was canceled before my confirmation... What is the point of having my signature if staff proceeds with the transaction without my confirmation? My business partners and I liked the Richmond Hotel for business travel till this time.

The location and size of the room are good. It is kinda at a reasonable rate. I'm satisfied with the laundry service as well. (on time and cleanliness) There are a British pub and Yakitori place on the 2nd floor. And the relatively large shopping mart for grocery and drink right next to the hotel. I love them.

The hotel offered ECO cleaning to the room. I stayed 2 nights, all used cups and glasses were left unwashed, used coffee and tea bags were left on the tray. No replenishment of coffee and tea bags and toothpaste. I supported ECO cleaning policy but I think the hotel has overdone but ignoring the used cups and glasses which need to be washed any way by the guests themselves or the staff.

If you don’t like the business right outside of the hotel, you might not like that. However, hotel rooms are super quiet and very clean lobby with disposables available for guests.

Awesome location, super convenient, and right outside of hotel are bars and restaurants. Super busy at night, if you like night life this is the hotel to stay at in Yokohama. Super easy to walk to Yokohama station.

The location could not be better. About 2 minutes walk to the main Yokohama train station, with two convenience stores and lots of restaurants in the surrounding street.

Staff didn’t explain the check out time and I paid extra ¥ 1000 for 7 minutes late check out. The morning meal doesn’t have enough variations and we needed to take the same meals for two days.

The bed sheets were full of dust, you can see it in the air if you beat the sheets.

The location was good, you have a big store with almost everything at 1 floor,a convenience store also near the hotel.
