Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Hong KongThe location was a couple of blocks away from the metro station, and needed to take a few stations to major tourist spots.
Room is very clean and spacious, bed is super huge for a two-people room. Can use machines to do self check-in and check-out, and a supermarket is just right downstairs, couple of convenience stores nearby too. Super close to Kyoto Pokemon Center, good for pokemon fans and trainers.

My favourite was the very comfortable pyjamas that I ended up buying a set of my own from the hotel. We really enjoyed the delicious breakfast. Staff was nice and friendly. Location was great, close to bus stops and train stations. They also had washing machines & vending machines so it was so convenient. We loved everything!

TurkeyIt would be better if the employees knew at least basic English. Most of the guests are foreigners and I often had difficulty communicating with the staff.
I have a high level of dust allergy but the rooms were extremely clean. The bed was very comfortable and it was great to have a bathtub in the room. They placed products we might need such as shower gel, shampoo, and toothbrush in front of the elevators, which made my stay at the hotel much easier. It is also great that there is a huge market under the hotel.

There is a fantastic supermarket downstairs which has a bakery and lots of ready to eat food which was so handy although it doesn’t open until 9.30am.
