The washer dryer was very slow and we were not able to dry our clothes even after 3 cycles. Some instructions or warnings would have been nice.

All was amazing. It was spacious and clean. It had everything one needed. the location was good and the bath was outstanding. although there was no on-site personnel, the owner responded very quickly to any inquiry I had.

Huge place for Japan could spend a week there if nara had more to do. 10/10 accommodation very clean very nice close to jr station and supermarket. Washing machine is a big bonus

Spacious studio size (comparing to standard Japanese hotel room size), very clean, modern and complete with necessary amenities. Quite neighbourhood. 2 mins walking from Nara Station. Few convenient stores close by. Unmanned facility but their staff are very responsive, easy guides from email. Overall this is one of the best stay in Japan.

Beautiful studio apartment to stay in, large amount of space but still felt cosy. There are no staff on site but they're easily contactable and they send you all the information you need before you get there anyway. Thank you for the great few nights!

The instruction of entering hotel should include turning on the heater. We wasted a lot of water trying to get the hot water out. There was no any mention that you have to program it on the wall.

As there are no check in staff there is nowhere to leave luggage until your door will allow you in at 3pm. That is annoying when you arrive at a destination early

Amazing little place! Exceeded my expectations and was gutted we were only here for the night. Brilliant location in Nara - close to both stations. The facilities were really good with a washing machine and drying rack. The bathroom was a lovely size. The place was perfect for us and our son. Loved the pyjamas!

There was not anything I didn't like.

Very comfortable room with great amenities. You could show up with nothing and be fine. Plenty of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair brush, toothbrush and little samples of face cream and hair tie. Loved having the washer dryer. Came with two detergent pods. Dryer took a while but also was able to use supplied drying rack on balcony and clothes were dry in the morning. Comfortable beds. Even enjoyed the supplied pajamas. Grateful for the fridge and extra sink. Excellent location close to JR Rail Nara station and grocery store, coffee and Nara shopping. Very Clean and quiet. AC worked perfectly. Zero complaints and would definitely stay here again. This was my first time traveling out of the US and the labels on everything in English was greatly appreciated.

Really spacious room. All descriptions where in English. Beds where extremely comfortable. Location close to Nara JR station. Tv had many English options like Netflix. Bathroom was heated and living room had good air-conditioning. It had a free washing and drying machine.

We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the impressive room, the high level of cleanliness, the good location, we were very comfortable compared to other rooms we stayed in Japan.
