We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaLocation was a little away from anything, beds were pretty firm and the pillows were rocks.
Location (view): If you get a fuji-facing room from like the 5th floor up it's GORGEOUS. You can sometimes see the lights from the huts which makes the view that extra bit surreal. Rooms: They were tidy and compact with eco-efficient settings to ensure you are comfortable but not chewing up natural resources. Service: The onsen and common area were great, the smoking room was a little smaller compared to others but they have one at least for vaping. If you don't want your room cleaned daily which I was more than happy to switch up because a night on Mount Fuji wouldn't need room cleaning the next day. You can swap your cleaning for drink tokens which work with the in-house vending machine for alcohol or soft drinks. Hotel breakfast was delicious and free which worked really well.

AustraliaFrom our point of view, there needs to be someone at reception that speaks English. The walk from the station was an effort !! No English signs and the Hotel doesn’t have their sign in English. Taxi driver didn’t speak English !!
Breakfast was bountiful and would suit all tastes. We were greeted and there was no waiting for seating at 8 am..

SingaporeLocation is definitely very very far from the Gotemba station if you travel with family better have transport on hand. It takes 30min to walk from the hotel to the station and vice versa. As for us we travel light so we do not have big luggage.
Great views of Mt. Fuji just outside of my window lots restaurant local and western. Breakfast is basic traditional Japanese food they do have bread and eggs. Public bath is good all the facilities is provided like Yukata bathing amenities.

United StatesIt isn’t worth the price. The beds are very hard. We had bugs in our shower and it is very far from Gotemba Station if you’re planning on hiking Mt. Fuji or need easy access to trains.
The staff is fantastic! We loved their hospitality.
