Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

JapanInformation and display should be in English also, not only in Japanese and some time in Chinese. In the restaurant should be prepared a fork and knife for the western people.
I liked the SPA and breakfast included, it makes a difference.

JapanIf I had to say something, breakfast was a bit slow because there were not enough trays for all the guests and there was a long line just to get food. The front staff was very helpful during our stay but none of them had their smiling faces from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. But all in all, I had a good stay.
The stay was as comfortable as I had expected. Check in and check out was very smooth and the room was very tidy. Breakfast venue was quite spacious and the food was very good too. I was especially impressed with the Iwate yogurt, which I had never had before. The breakfast staff was nice and friendly. Thank you for your hospitality even though it was for one night.

JapanYou might exclude the breakfast unless you need to leave super early. Very crowded on Sunday morning so I thought it was better to skip the breakfast and have some brunch at somewhere else.
Onsen was the favorite part. It wasn’t big but it was enough to refresh with the hot bath. The temperature might be a bit too hot for the kids.

AustraliaThe beds were sooooooo hard and uncomfortable, it felt like we were lying on a mattress made of sand - absolutely no give, bounce or plushness. Weirdly, they had little fliers in the rooms stating how the mattress company supplied beds for the Tokyo Olympics and how good they were for your back. Everything else about the hotel was very pleasant but the mattresses were a dealbreaker (backbreaker?) and we wouldn't stay again due to that factor alone.
Nice clean and modern hotel. Parking was free and plentiful. Breakfast was included and tasted good. We were especially impressed with how efficiently the staff catered to the absolutely HUGE number of people dining on a Sunday morning. The hotel is located across the street from a Lawson convenience store, a large supermarket, and several food outlets. Rooms were clean. The hotel has a bath house and spa although we didn't make use of those facilities. Good for the price.

JapanI was very surprised that there were no USB ports from which I could charge my phone. Location was a bit of a challenge as it was far from central Morioka but otherwise everything was good about the hotel itself.
I really liked the newness of the hotel. While largely a standard "business hotel", it was very clean, facilities were new and easy to use. I really liked the sento bath downstairs. Very well put together.

JapanWe had to pay more than our originally reservation stated. We had to pay 6,000 yen more per night for bed-sharing fees. This was very bothersome as all of the kids were listed, so I’m not sure why that was not included in the original price.

JapanI would not change anything at all. Everyone was super nice and the hotel was well kept and clean. If I could change anything it would be a noon time check out so that I could sleep in a bit longer.
It was close to my friends house. Everything was in walking distance for my needs. I really enjoyed my stay and will stay there every time. The staff treated me like royalty. Great atmosphere and I will recommend this hotel to everyone I know.
