We were in the private room which was right next to the showers. The walls were very thin so you could hear people in the shower. Not great, especially in the middle of the night.

Close to Fuji train station. Easy online check in. Good showers. A good place to stay for the price.

Other guests making too much noise (closing the bed doors with force) during the night and walking naked in the bed corridors after shower...and the beds are too hot, the air conditioner doesn't flow inside the beds due to the wood door.

Place is really good to see the Mt Fuji and there are restaurants nearby. The Fuji station is in front of the hostel

The capsules were not well ventilated and got very stuffy. No communal fridge or microwave. If there were people talking in the common space you could hear them clearly from the capsules. No staff on duty. Not much to do in the area.

Putting on the duvet cover, no atmosphere, front area is comfortable, but cramped. Not much to do in the area. I had to change shoes to throw away my trash.

The proximity to Fuji Station, personal fan so it wasn’t hot inside my capsule. Umbrellas available to use.

I like so much this hostel because you have your own capsule and are 2 toilets, 3 bathrooms with a shower and mirror for preparing yourself with closing door so you have your privacy. That's very good thing at the hostel. Is a self check in very easy to get inside. Housekeeping girl is very helpful and nice to talk with. Location perfect infront of the Fuji station. I recommend.

Almost nothing but ideally if they have bath space. Only shower available. For foreigner, it may be enough. Public bath outside is still available with 15 to 20 minutes walk.

Well furnitures with wooden base. Comfortable and spacious to sleep. Friendly owner who comes from RSA and has good understanding about Japanese culture for both good and bad side. It was really fun to talk and discuss how he has insight for Japan and how he enjoys to live here. With 5 mins walk, you can also enjoy tapas and Aussie food bar.

It wasn't convenient that there was no staff and you had to pay extra to put your luggage away. Not just because of the money, but because we ware in a hurry. I had to put the sheets on my bad and the cover on my pillow and blanket... I mean I felt like I'm home making chores. It wouldn't kill me if the price would have reflected it but we booked a whole hotel room for a cheaper price the next day right next to it.

no staff on duty, i had problem with checking in. the facility has no one on duty. overall if you are japanese it would be ok, if not i would advice to stay somwhere else

The beds and the common area are in the same room. So it is incredibly noisy all the time. People socializing in the common area can be clearly heard from your bed. At all hours of the day. Even people coming in and out of the building can be clearly heard. This is the loudest most sleepless hostel I have been in. Also, it's just one large room with beds and a common room the space is incredibly tight and there is no room for any luggage. I had to store my luggage in the common room, because there wasn't enough space in the incredibly narrow hallways or anywhere else in the building.

1. There was no staff and the owner didn't answer my emails. The online chat service was very frequently 'offline' and there was no one to talk to. 2. The location is bad. Takes several hours in each direction to reach any attraction near mt. Fuji and there is nothing to do in the city itself. 3. The capsules can get very hot and the AC either doesn't exist or isn't working properly.

The location is very convenient and the host is absolutely amazing! The capsule, showers and toilets are nice and clean. They are a bit small and there is not alot of space for your luggage, but besides that it is perfect! I would definitely recommend for backpackers.
